Laminate and Wood Floor Heating system
I recently bought a Laminate and Wood Floor Heating system from Total Tiles and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality considering the price. When it arrived, it actually went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't wait to get it installed at home. Unfortunately, I ran into a problem with the thermostat screen after setting it up. I got in touch with the customer service team and I have to say, they were amazing. Jamie was so helpful in figuring out the issue and quickly got a new screen sent out to me. It arrived within two days and worked perfectly. I haven't had a chance to test out the heating in warm weather yet, but everything has been great so far. The app is easy to use and has plenty of settings to choose from. Overall, the customer service from Total Tiles was fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to others. Tiles delivery
I recently bought some tiles and I must say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. Before I made my order, I had a question about one of the products and I got a quick and satisfying answer. The customer service I received was great and it made me feel positive about the whole process. When I went ahead and placed my order, I was surprised to see that I could choose the delivery date for the tiles. This kind of flexibility was new to me and it was a nice change from other suppliers. I also want to give a shoutout to the delivery driver who did a fantastic job. It was clear that he took care in making sure my order arrived safe and on time, which is rare these days. Overall, I am really happy with my experience and I will definitely be coming back as a customer.
Tile order
My recent experience with the company has been amazing from beginning to end. The customer service team was really helpful and knew what they were talking about from the moment I first got in touch right through to finishing my tiling project. I haven't come across such excellent service online in a long time. The range of tiles they have is brilliant, and you can't beat their prices. Total Tiles really went the extra mile to track down the exact tiles I wanted, and my order arrived sooner than I thought. They kept me updated throughout the delivery process, so I knew exactly when to expect my order. All in all, the communication was fantastic, and I can't recommend this company enough.
Marea Light Blue Wall Tile
I recently bought the Marea Light Blue Wall Tiles for my kitchen makeover. I looked at lots of tile companies online, but I really liked these ones from Total Tiles. Ordering them was easy, and they arrived quickly. However, when I checked them, I found 5 tiles were broken. I emailed customer service, and they quickly said they'd send replacements. Plus, my tiler said I needed 2 more boxes of tiles. I went to the store with the batch number, and the staff were really helpful in getting me the extra boxes. Sadly, I didn't end up using them and returned them for a refund a few days later. The customer service was fantastic throughout the whole thing, I can't fault it at all.
Discounted bathroom tiles
The customer service at this company is absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with my order and they sorted it out super quickly, without any of that usual corporate jargon or cookie-cutter replies. It's really nice to interact with genuine folks who genuinely care about their customers. Being in customer service myself, I can recognise the hard work that goes into delivering this kind of service while still keeping prices competitive. Large tile purchase
The customer service and delivery from this company was absolutely brilliant. The tiles arrived well packaged, and unfortunately only three were damaged out of the 45 square meters we ordered. They sorted it out quickly with a new box reserved for us in case we needed it, or even offered a refund. Great service all round!

Ordering was a breeze, with the tiles turning up quickly and without any damage. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the quality of the tiles was - they worked like a charm in our new space. Sparkle Light Grey Travertine Effect Wall Tile
I have to admit, I was really impressed with my experience with this company. The prices were so good and the delivery options were super speedy. I decided to order a few samples to figure out which one I fancied the most, and although they were all different in terms of quality, the Sparkle Light Grey Travertine Effect Wall Tile really caught my eye. It's got a beautiful texture and has truly lifted the appearance of my bathroom, making it feel really sophisticated. I will definitely be coming back to buy from them again in the future.
Sample order experience
I wanted to share about my experience ordering some tile samples recently, and I have to say, everything went really smoothly. The customer service team was amazing and really went out of their way to help me when I realised I didn't order enough tiles and they were no longer available. Thanks to their hard work, I managed to get the extra tiles I needed. Big shout out to Martin for his outstanding service and for coming to the rescue! In general, I'm so happy with the service I received from the team at this company.
Bathroom tiles and grout purchase
I thought the prices were great and delivery was reasonable, but I was a bit let down by the returns policy when it came to extra grout. Our bathroom renovation got delayed because of some unexpected issues, and when we wanted to return the extra 15kg of grout, we were told it had been too long since we bought it and the manufacturing date made it ineligible for return. We were left with 3 bags of 5kg grout that we couldn't do anything with, which was really frustrating. I'd still say they're good for tiles, but just keep in mind the return restrictions when it comes to extra stuff like grout.
Tiles for home renovation
I had a brilliant time dealing with this company. Even though there were a few hiccups with stock availability, some manufacturer issues, and a little mix-up with the delivery, Total Tiles went above and beyond to help me out and sort everything out quickly. This was actually the third time I'd bought from them, and I can honestly say I'm really happy with how they handled things and how professional they were. I'd definitely suggest them to anyone else looking to spruce up their home.
Tile selection assistance
I popped into the showroom recently and I must say, I was seriously impressed with the top-notch service I got. The staff were so friendly, really knew their stuff, and were super helpful while I was picking out tiles. Rachel, in particular, went out of her way to figure out what I liked and suggested the perfect options for my house. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave me some great tips on how to look after the tiles. I can't thank Rachel and the showroom team enough for their amazing customer service.
Terrible delivery service
Total Tiles were absolutely awful at delivering my floor tiles. I bought a whole pallet of tiles weighing a ton, yet they just chucked them at the end of my drive and expected me to shift them all! When I complained to customer service, they totally ignored me and didn't even bother trying to fix the problem.
New tiles for kitchen
Picked up some tiles for the kitchen from the shop. The folks there were so friendly and really helped us out. When the delivery arrived, it was early and we made it home in time. Had a few problems with a couple of tiles, but the shop fixed it straight away and even sent us more tiles. Really pleased with their customer service!
Laminate purchase
I bought some laminate flooring from this company not long ago. Ordering was easy and quick, and my stuff arrived on time. But, I had a problem and needed to send back the laminate for a refund. I got a bit worried when the delivery person seemed lost, but luckily, someone from the company found the return and gave me my refund straight away. I was really impressed by how good the customer service was, and how quickly they sorted everything out.

I recently bought some tiles from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff knew their stuff and were really helpful and reliable from start to finish. I thought their prices were really reasonable, much cheaper than other places I'd checked out.
Beautiful and expensive-looking tiles
The tiles are absolutely gorgeous and top-notch, but just make sure to give them a good check once they're delivered. I did have a couple of tiles that were damaged, however, the customer service team sorted it out straight away and got them replaced without any hassle. Jack Prentice was really helpful and nice, he dealt with all my worries quickly. In general, I would definitely recommend both the tiles and the company's amazing customer service.
Unreliable delivery and misleading product
When I ordered the Oxido Grey porcelain wall tiles, I was really looking forward to getting them and sprucing up my home. But, I have to say, dealing with this company has been a total disaster. To start with, there was zero communication on the day they were meant to deliver. I was just left hanging with no idea when my tiles would show up. So, you can imagine my shock when I finally spotted over 200 tiles dumped haphazardly outside my house, blocking the pavement and pretty much left for anyone to grab. It was just so unprofessional and thoughtless.
