Skincare and makeup order
I'm absolutely loving the skincare products I bought, they really make my skin feel lovely and full. The neck cream has a bit of a strange smell, but it might do the trick, I'm not too sure yet. The Tiptoe in a bottle that I tried seems to be good, fingers crossed it works wonders alongside the other products. I'm a bit disappointed with the makeup though, it's so light that you can hardly even see it! The lip colour doesn't stay on for long at all, which is a shame. The BFF skin product gives a nice glow but doesn't provide enough coverage for my freckles, I need something with a bit more oomph. Eye2eye is nice but seems to disappear quickly, which isn't great. The Lip2cheek works well as a blusher but it's a bit too matte for my liking, I prefer a bit of gloss on top. I had a chat with someone online about it all, and honestly, I'm still not convinced it's the best fit for me.
Makeup brand that suits my skin
I used to love Esteé Lauder products for many years, but when I hit my 40s, they just didn't do the trick for my skin anymore. The foundation didn't look great, and the concealer made creases under my eyes. Then I gave Trinny concealer a go and wow, it covered everything up flawlessly without any creases. The Klara shade was spot on for my skin tone too. I also tried out the BBF foundation, and it went perfectly with the concealer. The stackable pots with eyeshadow, bronzer, and lip2cheek have become my favourites. I haven't gotten around to trying the mascara yet, but I'm looking forward to it to see if it's as good as the rest of the range. Overall, Trinny has everything I need and I would definitely recommend it to others. And the option to return a product if it doesn't work for you is a lovely touch.
Acne-fighting skincare products
The skincare products from this brand that fight acne completely changed my skin for the better. I've struggled with acne for years, so I was a bit unsure about trying out another skincare line that claimed to be a miracle worker. But, after seeing lots of great reviews, I decided to give it a go, and I'm really happy that I did. The products were gentle but effective, and I saw a big improvement in my skin within just a few weeks of using them. I stuck to the recommended routine, took it slow, and gradually added each product to my daily skincare routine. The results were truly amazing, and now I feel more confident in my skin than ever. I'm so grateful to this brand for creating such fantastic products that actually do what they promise.
Elevate product
I bought the Elevate product recently and I have to say, the product itself is really good. The formula is fantastic and I am loving the results. However, I am quite disappointed with the packaging. The pump doesn't seem to work properly at all. I am currently having to use my moisturiser by taking the lid off and using a Q-tip to get it out of the bottle, which is really annoying. I have had similar problems with other products from this company, even though I clean the pumps regularly. The amount of waste caused by the faulty packaging is not acceptable and it definitely makes me think twice about buying from them again.
Lovely products, good customer service
When I had a problem with my purchase, I gave it a low rating at first. But I’m happy that the customer service team got in touch to sort things out. They were really helpful and caring, and it made me feel much better about the whole thing. So, I’ve changed my review to five stars now. The things I bought are really great, and I’m grateful for the effort put in to fix things.
Neck cream purchase
I decided to give this new neck cream a go, and I'm really pleased that I did. The Elevator has been a real game-changer for me. Since I started using it morning and night, I've seen a noticeable difference in how smooth my neck looks and feels. The cream smells absolutely lovely and makes me feel like I'm treating myself to a luxurious spa experience each time I put it on. I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to improve how their neck looks.
New makeup
I recently headed to Kingston on Thames for a birthday treat and decided to get my makeup done. The lovely Chelsea looked after me and it was a really enjoyable 45 minutes. I was thrilled with how natural the makeup turned out and the best part was that the cost could be used towards buying products, making it a great deal. Chelsea was really helpful and informative, without being too pushy. She showed me how the right colours can make a big difference and introduced me to Match 2Me, which I can use online to find products that suit me perfectly. Definitely recommend it!
Replacement product
I recently had an issue with a product I bought and decided to use the chat function on the website to get some help. I explained the problem, and they were really helpful. The customer service rep was so nice and made sure to take care of all my worries by coming up with a solution quickly. They even sent me a replacement product and kept me updated on when it would arrive. I was really impressed with how efficient and helpful they were. It's made me want to come back and buy from them again in the future.
Freddie Lip colour purchase
I stopped by the pop-up shop on Kings Road after seeing it advertised on Facebook. I mainly wanted to buy Freddie Lip colour because I had lost mine and couldn't be without it. Even though the shop was really busy, I was helped straight away by a very friendly staff member. The atmosphere was great, and I even saw a make-up artist I recognised. It was a really enjoyable time, watching all the women shopping, chatting, and having fun. The whole atmosphere was really lively and I enjoyed every moment!
Match-to-me appointment with make-up consultant
I had a consultation with a make-up consultant at a beauty store to help me with my wedding. The consultant, Anaya, really knew her stuff and gave me a great makeover. She took the time to explain the products she used and listened to what I wanted. I was happy to see that the online tool for matching products to me was right, so I knew my current products were good for me. I bought some extra products to finish off my look. Anaya even gave me a face chart to help me recreate the look at home.
Awesome makeup
This place is amazing! I bought some fantastic makeup and it's honestly so great. I've never felt so fabulous before 💁♀️. The service was excellent and ordering was really easy. The prices were a bit high, but totally worth it. Plus, the delivery was super fast, my order arrived in no time at all! I'll definitely be returning for more soon!
Makeup products
I popped into the shop on Kings Road in Chelsea and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. One of the best parts was seeing Trinny herself chatting with customers and giving them personalised advice. You could tell she really cares about her customers and making sure they're happy. The store is in a great spot and I really hope it does well in the future.
Super cool products
The products are absolutely fantastic - the skincare and makeup are both incredible. They feel so lovely on my skin. The stackables are such a clever idea and I really appreciate how convenient the Tpots are when I'm out and about. And to top it off, my deliveries arrive really quickly even though I'm all the way in France!
eye shadow, blush, lipstick
I'm absolutely in love with my new eye shadow, blush, and lipstick! The colours are so pigmented and they look absolutely stunning on me. Ordering was a breeze, and the customer service was exceptional. Lauren was incredibly helpful and sorted out any problems I had straight away. A big thank you to Lauren and the whole team!
Matchmaking service, High-quality products, Good delivery
I have to admit, I am really impressed with the matchmaking service at this place. They are really good at choosing the perfect products for your skin tone and what you like. The products themselves are really good quality and now I use them every day for my makeup. The delivery was quick and easy too. I really can't recommend this place enough!
Fantastic service, wonderful products
I've been using this makeup brand for a few years now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The products are top-notch and amazing quality, plus the customer service is brilliant. The staff are always friendly, know their stuff, and are happy to help with any queries. I've told all my friends about this brand and now they're just as obsessed as I am. Trinny world is definitely a makeup lover's dream!
Lipstick and blush
I absolutely love the products, they're great! The only problem I've encountered is with the delivery. Usually, my parcel arrives within a week, which is brilliant. However, there have been a few times when it somehow ended up in Scotland, causing delays of 10 days to 2 weeks. It's quite frustrating and definitely needs to be sorted out.
Serums, retinals, skin care routine
I've ditched my old skincare routine and let TL take care of everything from serums to retinals. People keep complimenting me on how great my skin looks!
Brilliant products, easy ordering, quick delivery, great packaging, good colours
I'm really happy with the makeup I bought from this cosmetics brand. The colours are great and the stacking pots are so handy for when I'm out and about. Ordering was easy and my stuff came quickly in nice packaging. I'm impressed with how good the products are and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
