Even though there was a bank holiday, they managed to check my phone within a week. What really impressed me was that they valued my phone accurately, making sure I got the full price for it. This was a nice surprise because I've heard some bad stories about other similar companies. On top of that, I got the money on the same day they confirmed the value, which was so much better than my previous experience with another company where I'm still waiting for payment for a device I sent in. All in all, Ur went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends.

My experience with this company was really disappointing. I got a quote for my iPhone 8+ and an iPhone 11 Pro, thinking of sending both in. But, after reading some mixed reviews, I decided to just send in the iPhone 8+. After waiting for a week, I was surprised to find out they offered me way less than the original quote. When I asked for my phone back, they sent it without the box, earphones, paperwork, and the original documentation I had sent with it. The packaging was not great, just a thin layer of bubble wrap, which made me doubt how careful they were with my device. All in all, it wasn't the experience I was hoping for.

So, yeah, I got this iPhone from them, right? It was meant to be in excellent condition with a charger plug and cable from Amazon Renew. But, can you believe it? The phone had chips on the edges and bits out of the screen! And, the worst part is, no charger plug! They didn't even care when I mentioned it and totally ignored the issue with the condition.
