The process of ordering was simple and the mattress was delivered the very next day! I was impressed by the efficient and friendly service. Now, let's chat about the mattress itself. It's comfy, offers good support, and suits my needs perfectly. Even though it's a folding mattress, it feels just as luxurious as a premium one. The medium firmness level is spot on, and the fact that it comes with a storage bag is a nice extra touch. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.

I was recommended Vesganti by a friend but was a bit worried at first because they didn't communicate much. I didn't get a confirmation email or reference number after ordering, which made me a bit worried. It was a relief when I finally got an email confirmation very early one morning, and the mattress arrived just three days later. Even though there were some issues with communication, I have to say the product was actually really good. However, when I got the mattress, I realised it was 4cm (3 inches) lower than advertised, which left me feeling a bit disappointed overall.

I recently bought a standard double mattress from this company and unfortunately, my experience has been really disappointing. When I got the tracking number for my delivery, I was so excited for my mattress to arrive. But on the delivery day, the courier told me they didn't even have my mattress in their van, which left me feeling really let down and annoyed. I've had a really disappointing experience with this company. I really should have checked the reviews before buying a mattress online. Let me start by saying, if I could give this company less than 0 stars, I definitely would. We decided to buy a mattress on the recommendation of others and the promise of a 100-day trial. However, after just 4 weeks of discomfort and sleepless nights, we realised this mattress wasn't right for us. That's when the trouble started. Even though their own terms and conditions said we could get a refund, they only offered us 30% or later 50% of our money back. And to make matters worse, they said we'd only get a full refund if we sent the mattress back at our own cost. What happened to the supposed 100-day trial? It didn't exist. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company if you care about your sanity and your hard-earned cash.

I made the mistake of buying a king-size bed from this company, believing that it would come with a real warranty. However, my emails asking for assistance and sharing my worries have been ignored, leaving me in a tough spot where I'm dealing with physical and emotional pain from a product that was supposed to bring me comfort.
