    I was recommended Vesganti by a friend but was a bit worried at first because they didn't communicate much. I didn't get a confirmation email or reference number after ordering, which made me a bit worried. It was a relief when I finally got an email confirmation very early one morning, and the mattress arrived just three days later. Even though there were some issues with communication, I have to say the product was actually really good. However, when I got the mattress, I realised it was 4cm (3 inches) lower than advertised, which left me feeling a bit disappointed overall.

    I bought a mattress for my Ikea daybed that was 80x200 and I'm really pleased with how it all went. Even though I saw some bad reviews that made me think twice, I went ahead and bought it anyway. I got the tracking info quickly and the mattress arrived the very next day. The quality of the mattress is top-notch and it was well packaged. When I got the tracking number for my delivery, I was so excited for my mattress to arrive. But on the delivery day, the courier told me they didn't even have my mattress in their van, which left me feeling really let down and annoyed. Since then, I've been stuck in a frustrating loop of back and forth between the company and the courier, with no luck finding my mattress or getting a clear answer on when it's coming. I can't even cancel my order, so now my money is stuck with this company that won't respond.     I've had a really disappointing experience with this company. I really should have checked the reviews before buying a mattress online. I placed my order on the 29th of June, and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried reaching out to the seller several times, but all they keep saying is to wait longer. I even asked for a refund, but their responses have been unhelpful and unsympathetic. As a result, my guests have had to sleep on the floor since the 7th of July, which has been really embarrassing for me.     Let me start by saying, if I could give this company less than 0 stars, I definitely would. We decided to buy a mattress on the recommendation of others and the promise of a 100-day trial. However, after just 4 weeks of discomfort and sleepless nights, we realised this mattress wasn't right for us. That's when the trouble started. Even though their own terms and conditions said we could get a refund, they only offered us 30% or later 50% of our money back. And to make matters worse, they said we'd only get a full refund if we sent the mattress back at our own cost. What happened to the supposed 100-day trial? It didn't exist. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company if you care about your sanity and your hard-earned cash.

    King-size bed purchase

    I made the mistake of buying a king-size bed from this company, believing that it would come with a real warranty. Sadly, when I had problems with the bed that were causing me physical pain because of how poorly made it was, the warranty turned out to be useless. I tried to contact the seller several times, explaining my situation and asking for a replacement as per the warranty, but I didn't get anywhere. The bed was causing me more pain with its metal coils poking into me and the subpar fabric on the foam mattress was making my back and neck issues worse. Being disabled, this whole situation has been really upsetting for me. I've tried reaching out to different places like the UK ombudsman and Company House for help. However, my emails asking for assistance and sharing my worries have been ignored, leaving me in a tough spot where I'm dealing with physical and emotional pain from a product that was supposed to bring me comfort.
