Mouth guard purchase
I needed a mouth guard for my obstructive sleep apnea, as my doctor suggested. I had a bad experience with one from a different company, so I decided to try one from an online retailer. Molding it to fit my teeth wasn't as easy as I hoped, even though I followed the instructions carefully. It caused me a lot of tooth pain, so I couldn't keep using it. Customer service kindly sent me a replacement for free, but I still had trouble with the molding. I had to stop wearing it after a few nights because the tooth pain was unbearable every time I woke up. Maybe if the material was softer, my experience would have been better. I have to give the company credit for their satisfaction guarantee and for working with me on these issues, even though the product didn't work out in the end.

After using my old anti-snoring gadgets for a couple of years, I thought it was time to get some new ones. Sadly, the new ones didn't live up to my expectations. The adjustable screws were too big and didn't fit properly, which led to them rubbing against the inside of my mouth and causing some injuries. The old devices I had were great as the screws were nicely tucked away and didn't bother me at all. It's annoying to see such a good product being let down by something as basic as screws sticking out.

But I was let down by how it turned out - the adjustment screw came loose and the threads got screwed up after only using it for two nights.
