'Mini bas relief choker'
I recently bought a really beautiful piece of costume jewellery called the 'mini bas relief choker'. I was so impressed as soon as I saw it because of the pretty pink rose gold orb and the lovely cream tone and shine of the Swarovski pearls. When I wore the choker, it looked absolutely stunning and went perfectly with black and lavender clothes. It's great for dressing up smart casual outfits and will definitely make a statement with evening wear. I was really happy with how quickly it was delivered and the cute packaging it came in, with the box and little bag included. All in all, it was a fantastic shopping experience.
Too small online purchase
I bought something online not long ago, but it turned out to be too small for me, sadly. I got in touch with customer service and luckily got to chat with a manager called Sandra. Sandra was fantastic - she really listened, showed empathy, and went the extra mile to help me out. She kept me in the loop, reached out to me first, and made sure everything was sorted quickly. In just over a week, I had the right size item delivered and I'm absolutely delighted with how it all turned out.
Mother Orb watch purchase
The item arrived at 3:00 pm today, brought by a well-known courier service. The packaging was really good, in a solid box that made unboxing it even more exciting. I got in touch with their customer service, and they sorted me out with a free delivery code in no time. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely suggest their services to anyone after a similar experience.
Recent online purchase
I bought something online the other day and I was really happy with how everything went. I had to send something back and it was really easy and quick to sort out, plus I got my money back pretty sharpish. And when I had a problem with one of the things I bought, the customer service team were dead quick to help me out and fix it without charging me any extra.
Pearl earrings
I bought these pearl earrings online, but when they turned up, they were damaged because they weren't packaged properly. It took ages for them to arrive, even though I live in Western Canada - 2 days to process my order and 5 days to actually get here. They just shoved the earrings into a little pouch with no extra padding, so it's no wonder one of the pearls got chipped in the post.

I recently made an online order from this company, hoping for a top-notch product based on its good reputation. Sadly, the item I got was not as good as I expected, so I decided to return it following their return policy. I did everything they asked for, like providing the necessary documents, and UPS said they got the product. However, it's been nearly a month now, and I haven't got my money back for the returned item yet. I've tried lots of times to get in touch with them by phone and email, but no luck reaching any customer service rep or getting a response to my questions. I usually rely on Trustpilot reviews for online shopping, and I regret not checking them for this website. I thought the brand's name would mean a good experience, but I was wrong.
Fitting room drama
I had to switch fitting rooms and had to use my phone to do it. The staff was really helpful and super quick and efficient in their responses. They sent back my package in no time. Both the lovely staff in the store and this guy called Brent Baldeo were friendly, funny, and really sweet.

I had a really good experience with the brand. I bought something online and it arrived the very next day. The packaging was great and made sure the product was in perfect condition when it got to me.
Megan Kilts in different colors
I tell you, I can't believe it. I ordered two Megan Kilts and guess what? One of them looks like it was attacked by a button thief, and the other one is fine. Is there no quality control here? I mean, these skirts are not cheap. And now they're saying no exchanges, just a return? Sorry, but I don't have time for that!
Necklace purchase
I bought a necklace from your website not long ago and it was really disappointing. This is the second time it's happened - last Christmas and now this Christmas - where I order something and then get told it's out of stock.
It's quite frustrating that the order goes through before checking if it's available. Plus, even though I was told I'd get a refund, I still haven't received it after 15 days.Bag without strap
I bought a bag from this place, but it arrived without the strap! I tried calling multiple times to request a new strap, but no one picked up! Eventually, I had to send the bag back, but they still haven't refunded my money. They're not responding to my emails or calls now. It feels like they've taken my money unfairly. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from there, they're terrible!
Incorrect sizing, return difficulties
I am absolutely appalled by the customer service I received! I bought a ring from this company, but it was the wrong size. When I went to return it at the store, they said they only do exchanges and not refunds, even with a receipt! I've tried calling and emailing them, but no one has gotten back to me. After this experience, I have to agree with other reviews that this company does not deserve your business. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.
Bag and choker
I'm really disappointed with my recent purchases from this shop. About a year ago, I bought a bag and choker here, but they both broke already even though I hardly used them. When I contacted customer service about it, they weren't helpful at all and didn't want to help. It's sad to see that these items, which were supposed to be luxurious and durable, turned out to be of such low quality. I've bought things from cheaper places like Primark that lasted longer and were better quality. Overall, I'm let down by this experience and won't be buying from this brand again.
Delayed delivery, poor quality, unresponsive customer service
I bought a bracelet from this shop not long ago, and I have to say I was really let down with the whole thing. Even though the website said my order would be here in two weeks, it actually took six whole weeks for the bracelet to arrive. It was so annoying that customer service didn't keep in touch, as I couldn't reach them by phone or email.
$400 earrings missing back
I recently bought a pair of earrings from the store, but unfortunately, one of the backs was missing when they arrived. When I contacted customer service to get it sorted out, I had a really frustrating and drawn-out experience. It took them ages to reply to my first message, and when they finally did, their solution wasn't great at all. Even though they kept saying they'd fix the problem, I just kept getting passed from one person to another without any real progress. In the end, they asked me to send the earrings back for further inspection, but the whole process was way more complicated than it needed to be. When I got the earrings back, there was no explanation about what they'd done to sort out the missing back. It was only after I threatened to take things further that I got any kind of response, and even then, it wasn't satisfactory. This whole experience has really disappointed me, and now I'm not keen on buying anything else from them in the future.
Jewellery
I bought some jewellery from this shop and it was really bad quality. It started to look all old and tarnished after only three weeks. When I complained about it, they said it was my fault. I was not happy at all with how they handled it. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying jewellery from there because it's just rubbish.
Online order
I'm really disgusted with my experience ordering from this company. I placed an order online and got a cancellation confirmation straight away. It's been nearly a month now, and I still haven't seen my refund. This company is so unreliable and just seems like a bunch of scammers. I usually check Trustpilot for website reviews, but I stupidly thought I wouldn't have any problems due to the brand name. How wrong I was. This company should be responsible for their dishonest practices. They should take down their website and close their online store right away.
