New rug purchase
I recently bought a new rug and I'm really disappointed with it. I waited for the weather to improve before I put it down, but when I did, I was shocked to see big lines running through it where it hadn't even been folded. There were missing weaves and loose threads, which left noticeable patches that were very obvious. The quality overall was just terrible.

$400 earrings missing back
I recently bought a pair of earrings from the store, but unfortunately, one of the backs was missing when they arrived. When I contacted customer service to get it sorted out, I had a really frustrating and drawn-out experience. It took them ages to reply to my first message, and when they finally did, their solution wasn't great at all. Even though they kept saying they'd fix the problem, I just kept getting passed from one person to another without any real progress. In the end, they asked me to send the earrings back for further inspection, but the whole process was way more complicated than it needed to be. When I got the earrings back, there was no explanation about what they'd done to sort out the missing back. It was only after I threatened to take things further that I got any kind of response, and even then, it wasn't satisfactory. This whole experience has really disappointed me, and now I'm not keen on buying anything else from them in the future.

Multiple purchases, sizing issue, good customer service
Whenever I've bought something from this shop, I've never had any problems with their products. I've made a few purchases from them and I've always been happy with the quality of what I've received. However, I did have a problem with the size of one item I bought recently and had to send it back. I sent them an email to let them know I wasn't happy, but I was pleasantly surprised when they got back to me quickly and handled it professionally. The customer service rep, Devon, was really helpful and sorted everything out for me straight away. I was really impressed with the level of service I received.

Amazing quality accessories
I recently bought some stuff from this brand and honestly, I was so impressed by the quality of the accessories. The packaging was spot on - it was so well done and ideal for giving as a gift, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Also, my order came way faster than I thought it would and it was presented so nicely. I really appreciated how each item was wrapped up in branded tissue paper, making sure nothing was harmed on its way to me. Even the size of the main box was perfect, just a little thing but it made a big impact.

Treatment for grade 4 hemorrhoid
I found out about eXroid back in February and then had my first appointment on March 7. Dr Peravali told me I had a grade 4 hemorrhoid and did the treatment, which was a bit uncomfortable but I could handle it. After that, I saw a 20% reduction in the hemorrhoid and booked in for a second appointment on April 18. Since then, I've had no symptoms and can finally live a normal life again after 12 years. Massive thank you to the eXroid team!

Fast delivery fail
I was really looking forward to my new shoes arriving the next day but they didn't show up! I tried to get in touch with customer service but they were so rude. Then they said my shoes weren't even available which was a shock. It took ages to get my money back after returning the shoes. My bank had to tell me I got refunded at the end of the month. It was such a terrible experience, especially as I've had good experiences shopping here in the past. So disappointed!

Ankle supports
I purchased these ankle supports from an online store, but honestly, they were terrible. They were really cheap, didn't fit properly, and felt very flimsy. On top of that, they didn't even come with instructions on how to use them! I reckon a pair of socks would have been more helpful than this rubbish. And to add insult to injury, I later discovered that they were shipped all the way from China, which wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company, it's just not worth the hassle!

Mud run experience
I took part in a mud run recently and I have to say, I have mixed feelings about it. I've been doing mud runs for about 8 years now, and I was pretty disappointed with this one. The event seemed well-organised at the start, but the actual course was a bit of a let-down. They promised a tough 15km run, but it mostly just involved running up and down a hill over and over, with not many other obstacles to make it challenging. The few cool obstacles they did have often had long queues because some of them were broken and just blocked off instead of being fixed quickly. One highlight was the Block Ness Monster, though - that one was a lot of fun. But the free photos they gave us were pretty disappointing - there weren't many good shots taken during the race. Compared to other mud runs where you have to pay for photos but there are loads to choose from, this was a real let-down.

Forest 6x4 Pent wooden Shed
I bought a Forest 6x4 Pent wooden Shed from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. Ordering it was easy and there were no problems, they kept me updated on when it would arrive. It actually got to me pretty quickly, which was a nice surprise. The lady I chatted with was super helpful, she even called me to give a heads up about a few facilities being closed on my chosen date. I then sent another email with a special request, and they assured me it would be sorted out promptly if they could manage. From what I've experienced so far, the service has been top-notch. I'm really impressed with how they pay attention to every little detail and take care of their customers.

Shoes purchase for delivery
I bought some shoes from a shop and asked them to be delivered to my home. The staff said I could return them by post if needed. But when I tried to send them back, it was a total nightmare. I gave my bank details for a refund, but even after a lot of online chats and guarantees that the refund had been done, I still haven't got my money back. It's been way longer than they said it would take, and now I'm worried about how I'll ever get my money back. This whole thing has been so annoying and I won't be using this service again, that's for sure.
