My purchase was wine glasses and a wine rack.
This company is absolutely awful! I ordered some wine glasses and a wine rack, but they've gone and taken my money and I haven't even received my order! I've tried giving them a ring, but the number won't even connect! Such a complete waste of both time and money.
Wine rack order delay
I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I ordered a wine rack from this company. At first, they said it would take 4 weeks for delivery, but now it's been over 5 weeks and they're saying there are issues with the supply chain causing more delays. I decided to cancel my order, so now I have to wait for the refund to come through.
Delayed delivery
I ordered something from this company because they said it would arrive in 5-6 working days. But it's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from customer service. It's really annoying and disappointing not to get any updates. It feels like they're not doing their job properly and it's really frustrating. I feel like I've been scammed.
Wine rack
I bought a wine rack from this shop not long ago, but I must say I was a bit let down by the whole experience. Everything went fine when I placed the order and got a message saying the item was available and would arrive in 6 days. But after waiting for 2 weeks with no news on the delivery, I tried emailing them. Sadly, I didn't hear back from them even after sending a few emails.
Delayed order
I've had a really awful experience with this website. I placed an order back in October 2021, and it's now January 2022 and I'm still waiting for my product. The staff have no clue when it's going to be available, despite the website saying it's in stock and will arrive in 5-6 days. Their customer service and email replies have been useless, not caring at all about how long customers like me have been waiting. I'd advise you to avoid this website and save yourself the trouble.
Expensive wine rack
I bought this really fancy wine rack from this company on the 8th of January 2021 as a birthday gift. They said it could take up to 26 days to get delivered, but when that time passed, I phoned up to check on my order. Turns out, their office hours didn't even include 10.45 on a weekday, which made it tricky to get hold of them. So, I decided to email them and got an automatic reply, but nothing came after that. I sent another email, letting them know how frustrated I was and even said I'd cancel my order if they didn't respond that day. That's when they told me the item wouldn't be made for another 4 months! The silver lining was that they didn't charge me until they sent it out. All in all, their service was a complete mess. I'd advise looking elsewhere for a wine rack.
Wine rack
I bought a wine rack from this company not long ago and it wasn't great. The order came all damaged and even though I got in touch with customer service, I still haven't got a replacement. The reasons they've given for the delay aren't very convincing, from saying the order got lost to blaming Brexit and the company shutting down. All in all, I've been really let down by this company and I'd recommend others steer clear of placing an order with them.
Delayed delivery issue
I had to wait a whopping three months before I got my order from this company. When I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, they told me to keep waiting, which was not on. I mentioned the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and warned them that I'd take it further if needed. After a lot of back and forth, I finally got my refund within two weeks. I really wouldn't recommend buying from this company because their delivery service is just not reliable.
Disappointing experience
I'm sorry to say that my experience with this company has been really disappointing. On their website, it says items are in stock when actually only half is available. I had to wait two weeks before being told the rest wasn't available and would be sent later. But it's been 8 months now and I still haven't received them. This company's misleading stock information and bad sales practices have made me very unhappy.
Two wine racks
I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I ordered two wine racks and was told they would be delivered in 3 weeks. However, after 4 weeks passed with no delivery and no updates, I decided to reach out. They informed me that there were production issues with the supplier and I would have to wait another 3 weeks. Now, 7 weeks have gone by and they are now saying it will be another 3 weeks. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I haven't received any shipping notifications, responses to my emails, or any offer of a refund. I am now thinking about taking legal action against this dishonest company.
