    Large wine racks purchase

    I'm really not happy with how things went down at that store. I bought two big wine racks, paid up, but they still haven't shown up like they said they would within a week. I've tried getting in touch loads of times, but no one's got back to me - not by phone or email. It seems like the supplier might have gone bust. Honestly, I'd say steer clear of this place when it comes to ordering anything.

    I'm a customer of winerack-plus and sadly, my experience was like many others. I ordered some items that were supposedly "in stock", but then I heard nothing and was left completely in the dark. After I finally got in touch with them, I was told there would be a delay of a few weeks. This same situation happened again, which just left me feeling frustrated and let down. I decided to change my order to something that was definitely in stock, but I'm still waiting weeks later due to problems with sending and receiving items. It's so annoying to have paid for my order and not know when, or even if, I'll get my stuff. It seems like winerack-plus, like lots of online companies these days, prefer to blame external factors like bad couriers rather than sorting out the problems themselves.

    Two wine racks

    I recently bought two wine racks from the shop and I was really disappointed with the service. I placed my order back in October 2020 with a delivery date set for the first week of December. But to my surprise, they charged me in May 2021 and only delivered the racks in July 2021. The worst part was the lack of communication from their side. I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on as they never bothered to update me. This kind of service is just not on and it really annoyed me and left me feeling let down.

    Variety of wines

    I love trying out different wines so I bought some bottles from this retailer to add to my collection. But I've been really let down by their customer service. I placed my order on the 15th of September and since then, I've heard nothing from them. Their phone lines are always closed and they haven't replied to any of my emails or messages. It's so frustrating not knowing what's happening with my order. I wouldn't recommend this retailer to anyone after my experience.

    I bought a big wine rack from this shop not long ago, even though I was a bit unsure because of some bad reviews I had seen online. I decided to go for it after talking to customer service and being reassured that any problems were down to shipping issues rather than the product itself. They told me it would take a few weeks for my order to arrive, which was no problem for me as I was busy with home improvements at the time. The wait was pretty long, I won't lie, but when the wine rack finally came, it was even better than I expected. It's really well-made, strong, and it looks great in my house. I'm really happy with my purchase.

    I was well chuffed to finally come across the wine rack I've been wanting for ages in this shop. But I was a bit miffed when the delivery, which was supposed to take 5-6 days, ended up taking 8 days without any updates from the company. I got in touch with them, and they said they'd be sending it out soon, but that I should now count on it arriving within 10 days. I wasn't too happy about the whole lack of transparency and communication. After checking out some reviews, I made the decision to cancel my order, just hoping that I wouldn't have to put up a fight for a refund if I'd already been charged.

    I recently bought a wine rack from this company and I have to say I won't be using them again. They said delivery would take 28 days, which seemed quite long but I didn't question it because of the current situation. However, the delivery date came and went without any updates or sign of my items. After I sent multiple emails, they finally replied and the items turned up a week later. The wine rack's quality was very poor - the colour didn't match the advert, the wood was rough with splinters, and the varnish was patchy, leaving black marks on everything it touched. I've asked for a refund and now I'm waiting to see how long it'll take for them to reply. Overall, it's been a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

    I ordered a wine rack some time ago, and they said it would arrive in 14 days. But after waiting for 7 weeks, it still hasn't turned up. Apparently, the manufacturer is causing some delays, so now they're saying it won't arrive until March 2021. I wish I had read some reviews before buying because it seems like other people have had the same issue. They did refund me, which was nice, but I really just wanted the wine rack I ordered in the first place.

    I don't understand why there are loads of bad reviews about this company. I ordered a bunch of wine racks back in April, and sure, it took a bit longer than I thought to arrive, but they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The wine racks are really good quality, and now that they're all set up, I'm really pleased. People should relax and not leave negative reviews just because they can't wait.

    Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I ordered a wine rack back in December as a Christmas gift, and here we are in May and it still hasn't shown up! It's been a whole 6 months now, and I'm starting to get really frustrated. The customer service is just terrible, they're not even responding to my inquiries or offering to send a replacement.     I've had a really awful experience with this website. I placed an order back in October 2021, and it's now January 2022 and I'm still waiting for my product. The staff have no clue when it's going to be available, despite the website saying it's in stock and will arrive in 5-6 days. Their customer service and email replies have been useless, not caring at all about how long customers like me have been waiting. I'd advise you to avoid this website and save yourself the trouble.

    Expensive wine rack

    I bought this really fancy wine rack from this company on the 8th of January 2021 as a birthday gift. They said it could take up to 26 days to get delivered, but when that time passed, I phoned up to check on my order. Turns out, their office hours didn't even include 10.45 on a weekday, which made it tricky to get hold of them. So, I decided to email them and got an automatic reply, but nothing came after that. I sent another email, letting them know how frustrated I was and even said I'd cancel my order if they didn't respond that day. That's when they told me the item wouldn't be made for another 4 months! The silver lining was that they didn't charge me until they sent it out. All in all, their service was a complete mess. I'd advise looking elsewhere for a wine rack.
