First order - various items
My experience with YesStyle was a bit of a mixed bag. I was really impressed with the website design, detailed item descriptions, and convenient payment options. However, getting in touch with customer service for more info about my order was a bit of a struggle. It was really frustrating and I had to deduct a star for that. Also, the Track & Trace feature wasn't great as I only got updates when the package was already in the country. Despite these challenges, I was happy with how well my items were packed in sturdy boxes with lots of bubble wrap, and they matched the website descriptions perfectly. Overall, I would recommend YesStyle to others, but just be prepared for some minor hiccups.

Trustworthy and on time
My stuff came in good nick and the products were fine, but I was a bit gutted that they took longer to arrive than I thought they would. The website said 7-14 days, but it ended up being 17 and 18 days. I reckon it was because of CTT Express, the delivery company.
Korean skincare products
I recently bought some Korean skincare products from YesStyle and I must say, I was really impressed by the huge range they had and the prices weren't too bad either. However, I was pretty let down by how long it took for the products to actually get to Europe. In my opinion, waiting for weeks or even more than 2 months for a delivery is just not on.
Missing parcel issue
During my recent experience ordering from the website, I had a bit of a frustrating situation with a missing parcel. The shipping company they use for deliveries in Europe, colis prive, doesn't give tracking information, which can be a real hassle for customers. Even though the package was marked as delivered, I couldn't find it anywhere after searching all around my place. The real problem came when I tried to contact colis prive for help, but they didn't get back to me within the time they said they would. It was really annoying that there wasn't a phone number to call them, so I had to rely on email only, leading to more delays and uncertainties. Even though I did my best to sort things out, the lack of cooperation and support from both colis prive and YesStyle left me feeling let down and unhappy as a customer.
T-shirt and jeans purchase
I bought a t-shirt and jeans from this website recently, and I have to say, I was really pleased with how it all went. The package arrived quickly and was packed well. The items were just as they were described on the website and the quality was top-notch. Everything from ordering to receiving the delivery went really smoothly and without any trouble.
