Car insurance - claims process.
AVIVA - DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR OR ANYTHING ELSE WITH THIS INCOMPETENT SHOWER OF CLOWNS. God forbid you have to make a claim because they will tie you up in knots and offload responsibility at the earliest opportunity. Two week after my accident and i still do not have a hire car. To get to this unsatisfactory outcome i had to endure 28 hrs of calls with 13 different advisors. They have lied repeatedly, been rude, unhelpful and extremely inflexible. In fact, they treat their customers with complete and utter contempt - to any prospective customers thinking about insuring ANYTHING with AVIVA then think again - you have been warned. Your well being and health will suffer extremely badly as soon as you start to engage with these robots, do yourself a favour and avoid this lot like the plague - GO TO ANY OTHER INSURER EXCEPT AVIVA OR ANY OTHER COMPANY THAT THEY OWN. Just a footnote - do not bother asking to speak to a manager or supervisor as they refuse to make an appearance, probably too busy sitting scratching their arses or playing solitaire in their air conditioned offices.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!
I tried to cancel my account with this company for over 3 months with no support or help from their team. The team were completely unequipped to deal with my problem, constantly contacted numbers which they had been told were not available. I was passed back and forth between agents and managers constantly over the 3 months with only one person (Lorraine) providing any ounce of kindness for my circumstances. In my last phone call I was patronised, laughed at and taunted by a customer service member who refused to offer me his name or put me through to his manager and then subsequently hung up on me.
Verisure should be ashamed of themselves for the way they have treated myself and members of my family in our current circumstances. What was already an incredibly stressful period in our lives was made worse by their lack of support and complete lack of respect.
They have consistently refused to cancel the contract despite me waiting their 3 month cancellation period. I will now be cancelling the direct debit. I have made countless phone calls in what has been the most difficult period of my life to try and do the right thing and cancel within the terms of the contract. I would never recommend this company to anyone and will warn people in the future to stay away from them.Jess

Package holiday
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS. Worst holiday of our lives, tried everything to get them to move us or help us racking up a big phone bill to do this and they didn't bother coming back to us. Since coming home we've requested a full refund and it's got worse and worse. First of all they wouldn't come back to us, then when we finally got an answer after having to contact someone on LinkedIn, they told us we couldn't have a refund as we didn't try and sort it out while we were there. - They have phone logs of us calling them on a number of occasions so they are actually lying!
Now taking legal action. Please avoid at all costs!You should log into manage my booking and select post travel query. Fill that out and let them know what your issues were. They can take a while to investigate although they will reach out to you.

OnBuy Seller Tool
From a seller's perspective we purchased onbuy subscription to sell on it. We have found the system easy to sign up to and listing style is the same as Amazon. There are many integrations available and customer service for me has been great (same day response). I have used their shopify and RM click and drop integrations without any issues. Didn't expect sales so early on but have had a few since signing up a week ago. I have also been able to price my items lower than other platforms we use as onbuy fees are a lot less. Thank you onbuy for providing a real alternative to Amazon and eBay. Being a UK company hope you manage to penetrate international markets.

Online course on Social Media
I like that you can set a schedule and they remind you every time you have to attend class. So far the classes has been easy to understand and I like the examples they provide. The fact that you can have a live chat with other students is a great tool too. That way we can interact and clear doubts with each other. The schedules are very flexible and you can reschedule if you can't make it to a live class. If by any chance you miss a class you can go and check the recording as well.
Assignments and quizzes are pretty basic and you can repeat them as much as you want. It's a great way to practice. They offer a toolkit with every detail from the classes which it's very helpful, but you have to pay extra.
One con I found is that the instructor goes a little to fast for me and I sometimes have to go back to the recording to listen to that part again.
Another con is that for some reason my app sometimes doesn't work correctly so I have to go to the website. Not sure if it's just a problem with my tablet.
For the rest it's a great platform for and get a certificate on the area you've chosen.Review about: Scandinavian Design Center

I LOVE Zaful/ Worth everything
I love Zaful and all the incredible deals that it offers. Not only is the clothing cheaply priced, it is well made and worth every penny. I am always more than just satisfied with my orders. Even the shipping prices are good. While it does take awhile to come in, it is easy to track and does come faster than expected.
