I was skeptical purchasing some furniture from AJ Products because I haven't heard of the products before. AJ Products have an understanding of what it takes to satisfy the needs of a customer.

AJ Products retails a wide range of products under five broad categories including office and conference, warehouse and industry, canteen furniture, changing room and school, and education.

I tried to get in touch with AJ Products about a bookcase I wanted to buy, but I couldn't reach them. I sent two emails, left a chat message, and called three times, but no one got back to me. It's really annoying because I was looking forward to getting that bookcase, but now I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle.
A1 lockable drawer unit
I bought the A1 lockable drawer unit and I was really disappointed with how late it arrived and the fact that it was damaged. I tried to contact customer service through email, live chat, and phone calls but didn't hear back until I left a bad review. It was only then that they got in touch and offered a partial refund, but I never actually got the money. The whole thing was really frustrating and didn't seem very professional at all.
Conference table purchase
The delivery was absolutely awful. They only left the table outside, getting it all wet in the rain, even though they're supposed to bring it inside on the ground floor. The worst part though is that the holes on the table top and legs didn't match up at all. It was impossible to put the table together without wrecking it.

Oh my gosh, this place is absolutely incredible! I bought a new desk for my room and they were so amazing about ensuring it arrived on the exact day I needed it. The delivery driver even drove for around 5 hours just to deliver it to me. I was incredibly grateful, I mean, seriously, wow!

I recently bought office chairs from this company. It was a bit of a pain because the first delivery was damaged, and then the replacement came damaged as well. I get that it might be the transport company's fault, but it was still annoying to have to deal with multiple deliveries and sort out the problem.
Trestle table purchase
I recently bought a trestle table from this company, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged with bent and broken legs. When I contacted customer service to explain the problem, I was disappointed with the response. They asked me to send photos of the damage but didn't tell me how they would fix it. I had spent a lot of money on this item, so I was expecting better quality and support. I was also frustrated by the lack of communication and help in dealing with the damaged product, especially because of the safety concerns for my young child who has additional needs. Even though I provided photos and CCTV footage of the damage, they asked for more confirmation from the delivery company, which just made things more complicated and delayed. Overall, the customer service experience was below par, and I felt like they lacked empathy and urgency in sorting out the problem quickly and effectively.
