Online course
This time last year, I decided to sign up for an online course and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Retaking final exam due to network glitch
I recently had a bit of a problem with my final exam for the elderly care course at Alpha Academy because of a network issue. Even though I did well in my practice exam, my final score was a big fat 0 out of 200 because of this technical problem. However, I have to say, Alpha Academy acted quickly and reset my exam without any extra cost. Thanks to them, I managed to retake the exam and pass it. I really appreciate their help and how professional they were throughout the whole thing. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for how great their service is and how much they care about their students. Learning from Alpha Academy has been a really good experience, and I'm glad I chose them for my education. Thanks once again for all your incredible help.
Beginners course ease
I wasn't sure about starting another beginners course after giving up on previous ones, but I have to admit this course really impressed me. The way they break down the information into short three-minute chunks is brilliant and really helped me understand the basics quickly. As an older learner, I found the pace of the course just right, which made it easier for me to keep up.
I enjoyed it so much that I've already signed up for the Beginners to Intermediate Spanish course to keep improving my language skills. If you're unsure about starting a new course, I would say just give it a go - you might be surprised by how much you end up enjoying it!Online course selection
I've been doing some online courses at Alpha Academy, and I must say, they offer a wide variety of options to choose from. The courses I've taken so far have been really good - they've definitely gone above and beyond what I was expecting in terms of the quality and content. British Sign Language Level 1 & 2 course
I found the course content really easy to move around and I liked being able to study at my own speed. But I did have a bit of trouble with some technical problems where certain units weren't being marked as finished.
Difficulty accessing course
I had a really bad experience with Alpha Academy - bought a course and couldn't even get in. They said they'd sort it out in a day but it took 10 and loads of messages with no response. So annoyed, had to go to PayPal to get my money back.
Course purchase
I had a bit of trouble with my course purchase at this academy recently. Firstly, one of the deals I got was playing up, and then I went and accidentally bought another course. But let me tell you, the customer service experience I had was top-notch, especially with Sebastian Stan. I had a chat with him online and he sorted out both of my problems in just 10 minutes. I've always liked the courses from this academy, but this time, dealing with their customer service has really impressed me. Sebastian was so professional, helpful, and willing to do whatever it took to help me out. He's definitely an asset to the company.

I have signed up for a few online courses with Alpha Academy and have really benefited from them. The courses are easy to access, full of great information, and can be done at my own speed. I can't recommend them enough and I will definitely be enrolling in more courses later on. The content is really interesting and keeps me engaged, so learning is fun and worthwhile. Having the flexibility to study when it suits me has been a massive bonus, as it means I can juggle my learning with everything else I need to do.
Makeup, Nail Technician and Eyelash Extension courses
I've just finished the Makeup, Nail Technician, and Eyelash Extension courses at Alpha Academy and I have to say, I was really impressed. The courses were interesting, informative, and straightforward, which was great for me as I prefer learning from videos. The information was well-explained and I managed to get a good grade. However, I think adding some written material to go along with the videos would have made the learning experience even better.
Teaching Assistant Diploma Level 3
After I finished my level 2 Teaching Assistant course, I thought I should step it up a notch and go for the Teaching Assistant Diploma Level 3 at Alpha Academy. It's been really good for me because I could go through it at my own speed and decide when to finish each part. And now, after nearly a year, I've completed the course. I'd definitely suggest Alpha Academy to others and will check out their other courses for my next studies.
Certified courses
The training modules are really interesting and detailed, providing a range of courses for people who want to improve their skills. I've done a few courses already and I'm thinking about doing more to learn about different subjects. I'd definitely suggest this company for their training courses.
Homework Help and Study Guides
I've been getting help with my homework and study guides from them, and honestly, they're absolutely brilliant! The tutors are so helpful and always make sure I understand everything clearly. The study guides are full of really useful info and tips that have made a huge difference in how I understand the subjects. I honestly don't know how I would manage without them!
Nail Technician course
I took this nail course and honestly, it was really disappointing! All it had was slides with no videos. How can you learn to do nails without actually seeing it being done? And the final test was just a simple quiz! I was expecting to actually practice painting nails or something. This course is a real joke, you could probably learn more by watching tutorials on YouTube.
Extending course expiration
I was almost finished with my Spanish for Beginners Part 2 course when I discovered it had expired, just one chapter to go! I got in touch with customer service via live chat and they managed to sort out the problem swiftly and even extended the time for me to complete the course. I was really grateful for the fast and useful help from Alpha Academy.
Lifetime membership purchase
I purchased a lifetime membership thinking it would be great, but honestly, it was terrible! Received an invoice but still unable to access any courses. I've reached out to customer support multiple times, but they've been completely unhelpful. The chatbot is basically useless. Definitely feels like a scam!

I highly recommend Alpha Academy! The course materials were organized really well, giving me just the right amount of info to fully understand the subject.
