Shed purchase
The dispatch took a bit longer than I thought, but the delivery was super quick once it was on its way. Thankfully, there were no missing parts, everything was labelled clearly, and the instructions made sense. They gave plenty of extra screws as well. I'm really pleased with how the shed turned out in the end.
Greenhouse purchase
The delivery driver did a great job by placing the greenhouse in the garden for me, instead of just leaving it on the drive. However, the actual greenhouse itself wasn't that great. The instructions were really difficult to follow, almost like they were trying to make it hard on purpose. It was like putting together a puzzle with missing pieces. The plastic wrapping around the parts just made things harder to get out. On top of that, the aluminium frame was a bit bent when it arrived, and there was a problem with the door that meant it wouldn't close properly. Overall, it was okay for a midrange greenhouse, but the quality could have been better.

We ordered a playhouse in June via Ebay which was delivered at the end of July. It took us 1 week just to get the assembly instructions from BillyOh (by email) as they were not included in the pack.
To our despair we had so many issues it was ridiculous – we found that panels which abutted each other were stained different colours (meaning we had to paint to playhouse), identical parts were of vastly different sizes and not square, splits and protruding staples ... nails were prevalent throughout the panels, the window acrylic did not fit into the window apertures, the roofing felt is of poor quality, tearing like paper and the bunk bed sticks across the doorway due to design fault. To compound matters we were also sent incorrect panels (4 of the same hand instead of 2 pairs) and the wrong roof was included.
After we complained to them about the issues and missing items they told us to return the playhouse if we are unsatisfied but would charge us a collection fee of £118! By this time we had already started assembly so this was not practical.
Eventually the missing parts were delivered (to our neighbours – wrong address on the package) 1 month after we requested them. Due to how poorly the panels were made and that they did not fit together we had to employ a carpenter to complete the assembly, buy extra materials and paint it. It cost us an extra £350 to fix all the issues. BillyOh refused to give us any discount for the extra expenses occurred due to the poor quality of their workmanship.

waited 7 weeks for delivery and it arrived 02/06/2021. when it arrived there was an apex section missing from above the door (apex bike shed) and also 60 off 30mm screws, having sent a report on line i was told that the parts would be with me Friday 04/06/2021, excellent as i can do it over the weekend... oh no i get an email 03/06/2021 saying its now going to be the following week, after i arranged for someone to be in. To wait so long and not get all the parts is just very poor, having worked in an industry that sends out thousands of items i would expect the same service as we provide our customers, but not billyoh. It also looks really cheaply made and not with tanalised wood, just golden spray, i actually dont think it was stated if the woods was treated but for £400+ i would expect it.
07/06/2021 Update: so the missing parts were delivered today and the billyoh shed build began. i can safely say that no care was taken to put the shed together in the warehouse, batons offset to uprights leaving huge gaps when fitted, door width 4mm different from top to bottom, i had to take pieces apart or amend to get the shed to fit correctly.
i cannot seem to find an email address to send the pics to Billyoh anywhere, hit the complaints button on their website and it just sends you around in circles.

purchased as a present for my daughter and was told 17days delivery ,ended up over 40days, customer service non existent and ignorant,arrived in poor condition, very poor quality timber, manual was not worth the paper it was on and severley overpriced,wouldnt touch with a bargepole
10 x 4 lean to greenhouse
This lean to green house, was and is still being advertised as having “solid twin-wall polycarbonate glazing”. The glazing is nowhere near solid, it is that flimsy and flexible that when it comes into contact with wind, the panels flex and blow out. I have fitted in a sheltered area and added the additional security of silicon sealing the windows in, but they still just flex and pop out. The so called solid twin-wall polycarbonate glazing is not fit for purpose and its description is misleading of the actual product.
I have been in touch with customer services via numerous emails but they did not offer any resolution to my complaintSummerhouse
We took delivery of our summerhouse during lockdown. My husband is very practical so constructing it was not a problem as this was the only choice. It became increasingly clear that many of the parts were sub-standard and of poor quality but we could not dismantle it . We replaced a number of the items and photos were taken as proof. It now leaks. Again photos have been forwarded. They are useless, as a company. We have now sent x4 lots of photos and numerous emails. They have done nothing! We have received excuses, refusal to refund part of the cost and general appalling customer service. We would like to take the matter further! We would NEVER use them again.
9x8 Billy Ho metal pent roof shed
Purchased this off the website which was straight forward, and chose a delivery date. I took the day of work after receiving a confirmation email..no show! Delivery finally arrived five days later. Well where do i start. This is without doubt one of the most awkward things I have put up( and i am in the property trade)It took me nearly two days. The instructions are ridiculously bad ( blurred diagrams only) and if you get the wrong order with the structural pieces when you come to putting the roof on then start all over again. All in all the shed seems fairly good and sturdy and looks good. The instructions are a nightmare!
BillyOh Pent shed
I researched and researched which shed to buy until I was dizzy! In the end I went with BillyOh as it appeared to be of good quality and mid-high price giving me assurance I stood a chance of a reasonable shed. There was a 31 working day lead-time which meant delivery would be 12th August. as the 12th got closer I started doing some research (yes, back to front) I was more than a little concerned when I read the reviews on a number of sites. On 11th August I received an email saying delivery was scheduled for 12th August and I would receive a telephone call on the day. Sure enough I received a call on 12th asking if it would be possible to deliver on the 13th, no problem. On 13th August the shed was delivered. Typically the weather did not allow immediate construction. When the weather allowed we took a full itinerary of the parts and everything seemed to be there, one small gripe at this point, we received a bag of screws, nails, 75mm, 40mm, 30mm, 25mm and two sizes of nails. In an ideal world a separate bag for each would have saved 30-45minutes. It took my son and I two days to put up, the instructions were sufficient, relying on pictures as the directions were a little vague. The base was vital to get correct but one square the sides went up in a few minutes, slotting together perfectly. The roof took a little longer but having aligned the floor there was not a lot to go wrong with the roof. My son fitted the doors with little fuss either. The felt roof laid perfectly and a whizz over with some preservative and we have a great shed. My initial fears and concerns were for nothing as the service (additional copy of instructions were requested), delivery, communication and product quality were without fault. Perhaps, compared to others we were lucky, but I cannot see why I would be treated as a special case. I am a genuine purchaser and not a spoof BillyOh ghost reviewer.
Winchester Log Cabin
Just a short review, ordering via web site was very easy and straightforward.
Delivery was stated at 30 Days , and was correct.
Only when I started to construct the log cabin did I realise the quality of the timber and correct parts. ( going by the reviews I’ve read, I got off lucky ).
Double doors where the same hand, roof tongue and groove panel where all full of holes, timbers warped and delivered damp.
I have spend a lot of time and extra money, to achieve a log cabin they show on their web site.
I’m an engineer and I solved the many problems this purchase and quality of this log cabin brought.
I would not recommend purchasing any products from this company.8x6 tongue and groove
Wish we had read reviews.very disappointing.nothing fitted some warped flimsy windows roof had to be strengthened and more felt bought. Wasnt enough and it was rubbish felt anyway.so cost about £200extra trying to right the wrongs.impossible get get any response from them after phoning lots of times. Please if you read these reviews dont buy.

companies Kybotech and Garden Buildings Direct. If there is a problem they might deal with it immediately after delivery, say for a missing part, but faulty items will not be accepted, particularly after initial delivery. They will cite the terms and conditions stating that you have misused the item "the warranty does not extend to damage caused by post-purchase transportation, careless handling or damage caused by misuse or modification or any act of nature". THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! What happened is that an 8 month old rattan sofa's (only used when weather was nice for 2.5 months then sorted for winter) main frame bucked. The main frame buckling on any furniture is clearly a manufacturing fault. The manufacturer is Billyoh! No success via email whatsoever. Trading Standards it is!Billy Oh 10x8 reversed apex shed
I ordered a 10 x 8 reversed apex shed and it was delivered in an acceptable time, all ok I thought but when I came to build it there were no instructions for it, I found some online and started to build, we got no further than the floor because 2 of the panels were bigger than the other 4, they should have been 1.199m and they were 1.24m, the walls were not going to sit flush, a quick call to the customer help desk in the Philippines and I was instructed not to continue and they would let me know what to do. A couple of days later and they told me they would have to deliver me 2 new panels and collect the old ones so I dismantled the floor and waited another week for the new panels to arrive. I got my tape measure out just to double check that they had delivered the correct one only to find out these are also 1.24m, another email to the customer help desk complete with photos showing the panels with a tape measure attached to find out if I am missing something to get the standard “we will come back to you within 48 hrs”, I emailed back asking to speak with a member of staff rather than someone from the Philippines only to receive an email from Amanda who turns out to be based in the Philippines asking me to send them photos. Again I email back demanding an actual phone call, I want to talk about my shed problems with someone that can deal with it, I finally get a phone call the next day from Amanda who when asked, tells me they are based in the Philippines, we discussed the photos and the measurements and they agree they are not the correct sizes and will arrange to replace them. I have told them that this is not acceptable, I have been trying to build this shed for over 4 weeks and have now told them to come and collect it and refund me the money. They said they will come back to me next week. Having seen the panels they don’t look like the photos on the website and some had holes in them. I had wished for better results but so far a very very poor service from this company, customer service is disappointing and owners seem reluctant to try and resolve any issues themselves
Update: they will not call to discuss it, they send emails trying to replace the parts that they have already sent incorrectly twice, save your money and go elsewhereWe have had exactly the same problems. I definitely would not reccomend this firm.

had the same with a bike shed, had to make so many amendments my wife said i should have just built it myself.
5x3m 44mm Summerhouse
Ordered a Summerhouse from Billyoh, everything was fine until we got to the roof section and the two top beams holding the roof were missing. This left a completed Summerhouse open to the elements including the floor. We complained and they were very sympathetic and agreed to send the missing parts for the following Friday enabling us to finished it the follow weekend... except they never arrived and I was told they would arrive on Monday!!! another week open to the elements, the floor now needs replacing and I have had to pay workman for 2 extra weekends. And still waiting for Amanda, a manager to call me back. Reasonable product rubbish customer service.

Ordered a 16 by 8 foot shed very disappointed with it will be lucky if the roofing felt will last the winter also we had to put strengthers in to strengthen it as very feeble wood would not ever recommended to anyone I DON'T suppose I will get a reply

We ordered a Billyoh Dorset Log Cabin. It's 44mm thick so it's really solid. Building it did take quite a long time but then that's what we expected and me and my mate felt like master builders when we had finished. Really chuffed with the end result
Terrible customer service
I ordered Carmen Log Cabin. Delivery date was set for 18th September. I took the day off work to be in for delivery. On 16th September i received email from BillyOh stating for unforeseen circumstances the item could not be delivered until 25th September.
I do not like being messed about with such short notice. I have then gone online and seen all the terrible reviews this website has had. The terrible reviews are in regards to delivery dates, quality of sheds and customer services.
Due to this i have decided to cancel my order. Little did i know how difficult this would be. First of all call centres are based abroad. Unhelpful phone centre which often hangs up after pressing and waiting for numerous time.
Emails sent are always replied with it will take 24-48 hours for a response. I have sent numerous emails which has revealed there is no direct email or telephone number for the cancellations team. I have sent near on 10 emails now and each reply states they will forward to cancellation team as a priority and the cancellation team will contact me within 48 hours.
I have now waited 72 hours and still no phone call from the cancellations team. I cannot contact anyone to speed anything up and each phone call to call centre results in the same unhelpful information.
I believe the company is stringing me along until they can just deliver the shed and run away keeping my money. I do not believe it take 72 hours for cancellation team to make contact. It is very sad that a big company treats customers this way and runs such a bad customer service.
I want my refund and to stop being strung along by unhelpful emails.
Please think twice about ordering from this company as all they care about is your moneyVery poor quailty. Even worse customer service

What arrive was a thin and flimsy shed, quite a bit smaller than the 8 × 12 foot quoted size.
Roof sags, sides bow, 4 windows were broken , all very thin.
Roofing felt very poor quality , plus all squashed at one end. Would not unroll without ripping..
Asked them to collect the shed and refund us.
Ignored emails.
Phoned. Took my details. Promised to phone back. Never do.

Excellent quality BBQ but do not buy the cover, first one was ripped and having sent photos they did replace it but it is so thin, save your money. They totally lie about delivery, we were quoted a delivery within 4 days, did not arrive. They stated it would be despatched in 4 days that's not what the e-mail said. no BBQ after a week, now saying it hasn't been collected yet. It was collected by the delivery people 3 days later then actually did arrive 3 days after that, I do not blame delivery firm it was the Billy-oh e-mail that was very misleading
Avoid! Terrible customer service/foreign contact centre
Avoid! Absolutely useless and poor quality summer houses. Our summer house arrived with parts missing, ill fitting, too long, too short etc. Called customer services the next day after trying to erect summer house (which is really a shed with windows) and the lady Marilou said she would order the missing/faulty parts - this took about half hour on phone as she wanted part numbers and half the pieces did not have part numbers labelled. Marilou said 3-5 days for replacement parts to be delivered.
5 days later parts haven't arrived. Called BillyOh who said we hadn't sent photos so parts not ordered. Advised operator that I had sent photos and then she said oh yes I have found them now!
So we now have a half built summer house and they want us to go through all the hassle of getting part numbers again as someone couldn't do their job and order them the first time! We have requested they now collect the summer house and refund us in full!
