Shed order delayed
I ordered a shed six weeks ago, but it was supposed to be here in four weeks. I've been trying to check on my delivery using the link they gave me, but the system is so confusing that I can't make heads or tails of it. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a few times, but it's been a nightmare. Nobody picks up the phone, the live chat isn't helpful, and messaging hasn't done me any good either. I have no clue when my shed will finally show up, and the lack of communication and terrible service has been a huge letdown.
Garden Shed purchase
I bought a garden shed from this company recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with how easy their website was to use. The prices were unbeatable and I really liked that I could customise and upgrade the shed to fit my needs. I'm really happy with my purchase overall and I'm excited for it to be delivered.
Lawn mower storage purchase
I recently bought this amazing lawn mower storage box from a really good website. My daughter helped me choose it because she's really good at that sort of thing. She reckoned it was definitely worth the money and does exactly what we wanted. It's spacious enough for our mower and some other bits and pieces. The quality is top-notch!
Dangerous fire pit coals
I got some fire pit coals from this company and they were in really bad shape. They ended up exploding and wrecking my garden furniture. I told customer services about it nearly a month ago, but they still haven't come to pick up the item or give me a refund. The service overall was just awful and the communication was so slow.
Mega cool swing set
So, I got this really awesome swing set from this company, and it was literally the best thing ever! But then they completely disappeared on me! I've tried calling them and messaging them but no one is getting back to me at all! What's going on? I just want to know when my swing set is coming so I can start having a great time swinging!
Log cabin 13x8 purchase
I recently bought a 13x8 log cabin to use in my garden as a games/bar room. The delivery arrived right on time, five weeks after I ordered it. The delivery driver was really professional and knew a lot about the product. He dropped it off in my driveway, and my son and I managed to move it into the back garden without any problems.
When we checked everything, it was all in good condition except for one board that had a small mark on it. It wasn't a big deal for me though, as I planned to paint it anyway. What did bother me was the time it took to install it. The manual said 4-6 hours, but it actually took us 12 hours over 2 days, even with both of us being pretty handy with DIY.
Despite the time it took, I'm happy with the product, the company, and the service I received.Affordable item with fast delivery
I bought something from this company recently and was really happy with how cheap it was. It was way cheaper than other companies selling the same thing, only about a quarter of the price. Plus, the delivery was super quick, so I got my item in no time at all. I was really impressed with how good value and efficient my purchase was from this company.
Planters Order
I bought some planters from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I'm really disappointed with the service. I placed my order three weeks ago and they said it would arrive in 5-10 days, but I've heard nothing since. Every time I call customer service to ask about my delivery, they just tell me to call back tomorrow - it's so frustrating!
3x2 Sentry Box Shed
I ordered a 3x2 Sentry Box shed back in March. It took more than three months for it to finally arrive. When it did arrive, it was a day late on the 26th. The problem was that the 2'6" rear panel was missing. I've made several efforts to fix this issue, but all I've received are two gable ends and three 2' side panels instead of the missing piece. The lack of communication and mix-up in getting the order right is just not on in my books.
Table and chairs purchase
I bought a table and chairs recently, but the delivery process didn't go smoothly. I placed the order on the 5th of May and was told it would take 5-10 working days. When they finally gave me a delivery date of the 27th of May, I was shocked to see it was on a bank holiday Monday. Even though I was worried, the company said it would still be delivered on that day. But, it never arrived, and when I called them the next day, they said it had been rescheduled for the 31st of May.
£2k playhouse
The company keeps on ignoring my requests for a refund, from both me and my credit card company. Luckily, my credit card company has refunded me while they look into the problem. I recommend that anyone thinking of buying from BillyOh in the future should use a credit card for purchases, as it provides protection in case things go wrong.
Big garden shed
I was really chuffed to get my parents a big garden shed since they'd been after one for ages. I couldn't wait to see their faces when they saw it, but when it turned up, a piece was missing! I was proper gutted because I had to wait for them to send out a replacement before I could set it up. It was a bit of a pain, but the shed seems to be good quality at least.
Outdoor furniture set
My time with the company was really disappointing. I picked a delivery date, but they totally ignored it and then changed it twice with no heads up or reason. It was frustrating for my plans to be messed up because they didn't know what they were doing. Plus, contacting customer service was a nightmare. The phones never got picked up, and the chat was useless. I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer because they couldn't even communicate properly. I'd tell anyone to avoid this company.
Wooden garden shed purchase
I recently bought a wooden garden shed that I thought was a fantastic deal. From what I can tell, the shed seems to be top-notch quality, especially for the price I got it at. I haven't had the chance to put it together yet, but I'm feeling pretty optimistic about it. The delivery service was really good, and I got to meet Phil from the company's Mansfield location, who was a really nice guy and a real asset to the business. It's not often that delivery gets done so well by other companies, so it was a nice change. I'm really looking forward to putting it all together in the first week of June.
Shed purchase
What a nightmare! Ordering the shed was fine, but everything else has been a disaster. Calling customer service meant waiting forever, and promises made were hardly ever kept. The delivery date was terrible, and trying to change it was pointless. When it finally arrived, a panel was missing and the quality was awful, especially for the price. Asked for a refund, but had to keep chasing them up for collection. Had to threaten to get rid of the shed if it wasn't collected promptly. Was given wrong delivery dates and times, causing even more hassle. The communication and service were terrible from start to finish.
Bin storage purchase
I recently bought a bin storage unit from this company and I have to say, I really love it. Ordering was easy and the product is great quality for the price. It looks fantastic in my garden and I'm very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
Metal shed purchase
I bought a metal shed about six weeks back and I've had to ring them up three times to ask about it. Every time, they come up with a different excuse and say it's ready but just waiting for a courier. It's really annoying to see it sitting there for more than a week without getting delivered. Their service has been rubbish, and I'm let down by the lack of updates on my order.

9x6 Lincoln Greenhouse
I've just bought a 9x6 Lincoln Greenhouse from this company. At first, I was drawn in by the good prices, but then I saw some worrying reviews which made me a bit unsure. Still, I went ahead with the purchase because I'd put all my savings into it already. Ordering was easy and customer service answered my questions quickly. The greenhouse arrived surprisingly fast, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I hope the quality is as good as I'm expecting.
Shed purchase
I had the most awful experience with this company! I ordered a shed and waited for 5 weeks for delivery, only to receive the wrong one. It was a nightmare from start to finish. There was no communication about my order, and when I finally asked, it magically started moving forward. The delivery was a disaster - no date or time given, just a vague instruction to look out for a van. The shed was left at the front of my house, and I had to carry it up stairs to my garden. And to make matters worse, it wasn't even the shed I wanted! It's been over a week now, and there's still no solution in sight. The lack of care and communication from this company is completely unacceptable. Absolutely shocking.
