I recently ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day from this company. Unfortunately, when the flowers arrived, they were looking a bit worse for wear and had wilted by the next morning. Not happy with the quality of the flowers, I decided to get in touch with customer service via email. To my surprise, I received a quick response and fantastic service from Max. He sorted out the issue straight away and made sure a new bouquet of flowers and chocolates were sent to my mother. She was absolutely thrilled with the new arrangement, and I was really impressed by how professional and efficient Max was in resolving the problem.
