There were three guys - Bradley, Jerome, and Trevor, and they were all so professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail from start to finish. They showed up on time, checked out what needed to be picked up, and quickly figured out how to safely move everything. Their organised way of doing things gave me confidence that my stuff was in good hands. They were really careful with everything, making sure even the fragile things were well packed and protected. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process easy and smooth. They were great at solving any problems that came up, like fitting through tight spaces or dealing with heavy items. Overall, I was really impressed with the fantastic service from the team at Easy Storage.

My experience with the storage service was absolutely brilliant. I had to make a last-minute booking, and I was so pleased that they could help me out. The team, made up of Gavin, Darnell, and Vermell, were outstanding in how they looked after me. They were really polite and friendly, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. I thought they were much more flexible compared to other companies I've tried before. Moving can be really stressful, but the team were understanding and even took the time to help with my kids. I've got to say, the staff were really nice and helpful. But apart from that, there wasn't really much to shout about. The service was just average, not something I'd be singing praises for. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone, not even once, let alone a thousand times. Overall, the whole thing just didn't sit right with me.

I had a great experience with these guys collecting my things! They were really friendly and made the whole process very simple for me. If you're a student needing to store your belongings over the summer, these guys are the way to go. They even came directly to my university to collect everything, no trouble at all!
