12x10 Garden Building
My experience ordering a 12x10 garden building was pretty good. It was easy to do, and I liked getting updates all along the way, especially knowing when it would be delivered and having the chance to change the date if I needed to. I did have to ring up for a list of all the wood and screws because it wasn't sent at first, which was a little annoying. Putting it together was okay, but there were a few problems with the instructions and making sure I used the right bits of wood. Some of the screws were too long, so I had to swap them for shorter ones. Despite needing to make some adjustments and the windows warping a bit, they stayed in place. I also had to add an extra plank for the roof, but luckily I had one spare. In the end, it all turned out alright, but it definitely took longer than the 4 to 8 hours they said it would.
Billy Oh Freya Pent Log Cabin
My experience with this company was fantastic. I bought the Billy Oh Freya Pent Log Cabin and it arrived in just 4 weeks. The delivery went smoothly, as I received regular updates throughout the day leading up to its arrival. All the materials were in perfect condition, with no damage or warping. I did find some parts of the assembly a bit tricky, but that was mainly my own fault for not paying closer attention. When I realised I was short one pack of flooring, I contacted customer service and they quickly resolved the issue, delivering the missing pack promptly on Monday. In the end, I am extremely pleased with how my log cabin turned out and the great level of service I received.

I bought a log cabin from this company not too long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with how good the quality of the product was. It arrived pretty quickly, only took two weeks from when I ordered it, which was a nice surprise. The only little problem I had was that the assembly instructions weren't always very clear and easy to follow. But after taking my time and putting in some effort, I was able to get the cabin built properly. In the end, I'm happy with what I got and how it turned out.
Wooden playhouse.
I got this really cool wooden playhouse from the company and I absolutely love it! It feels like having my own little house in the garden, perfect for chilling with my friends and playing all day. The customer service was top-notch, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The delivery guy was really nice too, he checked everything was good before he left. I reckon the company should be proud of him, he's great at his job! All in all, it was a fantastic experience dealing with them.

I spent 4 weeks trying to put the summer house together, only to be told that I needed to go buy the missing wood myself and they would reimburse me. I definitely would not recommend them at all.

My time dealing with this company was a letdown all the way through. Their communication was really bad, which made things confusing and frustrating when I was trying to place my order. And when the shed eventually turned up, it was missing bits and some parts were damaged. Sorting out a return was just as much of a headache, making the whole situation even more inconvenient and disappointing. I really wouldn't suggest this company to anyone thinking about buying a shed or outhouse.

If you like dealing with clowns and chaotic delivery schedules, then this company is just spot on for you. I've been waiting for what feels like forever and I've spoken to a few people who can't seem to agree on when my gate will arrive. And to add insult to injury, my husband's card got defrauded after he paid for this disaster of a gate. I'd steer well clear of this company if I were you!

The delivery was a nightmare, didn't get any warning and it was late. It took ages to put it all together, felt like a never-ending jigsaw puzzle. Not enough roof pieces, I had to buy more. There were gaps in the joins because of shoddy workmanship. The instructions and packing list didn't even match. The build times suggested were totally unrealistic. The final product was alright, but definitely not as good as the one I purchased three years ago.
Billy Oh Greenhouse
Being someone who knows a thing or two about garden builds, I have to say that I was really disappointed with my recent experience buying a greenhouse from your company. Basically, the website said it was in stock and would arrive in 1 to 2 weeks, but that turned out to be a big fat lie. I ended up waiting for 4 weeks with no updates, and when I tried to ask about it on the webchat, I got ignored. It was only when I called up that they told me it would come in a week. But guess what? It actually took nearly 6 weeks to arrive, which meant I missed out on the best time for planting.

I recently bought a garden shed from your company, but I have to say, the whole experience was quite disappointing. Ordering the shed online was easy enough, but things started going downhill once the order was in. The customer service wasn't great - I struggled to get through to someone and sort out the issues with my broken and incomplete order. They promised to call me back but never did, and I didn't get enough updates on my order.
The delivery was a complete nightmare - promises were missed and there was no proper explanation for the delays. Even when we rescheduled for a second delivery date, the shed turned up when I wasn't around, which was so frustrating. The management didn't seem able to deal with customer problems effectively, which was really disappointing. And to top it off, the prices on your website kept changing, making things even more confusing.
After trying so many times to fix things, all I got was a measly £25.00 as compensation, which really didn't make up for all the hassle. I have to say, I won't be looking to buy anything else from your company in the future.Shed purchase experience
I had a bit of a bad time with the company, to be honest. I bought a shed for £500 and they did take the money out of my account quickly, so that's good. But I was pretty disappointed with how they didn't keep me informed and the shed still hasn't arrived after a month, even though they said it would come in a week. I couldn't even get in touch with them to find out what's going on, which just made me even more fed up.
