Total Security and VPN
I've been using Total Security and VPN from this company and I have to say, their products are really good. I feel like they give top-notch protection for all my devices and make me feel secure when I'm browsing online. That being said, the customer service can be a bit tricky sometimes. Whenever I've needed help, I've ended up talking to a bot, which can be frustrating because it doesn't always have the answers I'm looking for.
Despite this, I think I'll stick with dedicated antivirus software from this company. I'm not fully convinced that Microsoft's security measures are enough to keep my devices safe. I'll keep an eye out for any new products they come out with and see how they stack up.Auto-renewal issue
I had a bit of trouble with the auto-renewal process because I had changed my bank card details. Even after I updated my information, the renewal didn't go through. So, I got in touch with the customer support team who quickly cancelled the auto-renewal for me.
I had to update my details once again before I could buy a new annual registration. Once I got the hang of how it all worked, the customer support team were really great and even gave me a discount on the new sign-up fee. Now I'm covered for the next year, but I do wish the whole process could have been a bit easier.Recent purchase of antivirus software
I've been using this antivirus software for years and I must say, it's been great. It's light on my system and doesn't hog all the RAM, but it still does a top job at keeping my devices safe from nasty stuff without any hassle. It's saved me from dodgy websites and malware more times than I can count. Plus, when I had to reset my computer, the customer service team was spot on and helped me grab my license key - lifesavers! In my opinion, this antivirus is definitely the best one out there.
"Great outcome, exceptional service"
My online chat experience started off a bit bumpy, but eventually, I got transferred to a remote session. It took a while to sort out, but Nick, the customer service rep, was really patient and dedicated. He managed to get rid of this troublesome French version of the software that I'd been struggling to uninstall. Not only did he replace it with the latest UK version, he got it up and running in no time. I'm really happy with how it all turned out and really appreciate Nick's hard work and skill.

I recently bought some security software to keep my devices safe from hackers and online threats. The cyber warfare has been going on for a while now and I wanted a trustworthy solution to protect my stuff. Sadly, I was hit by some pretty skilled hackers, but the security software really helped improve the safety. It managed to monitor my phone calls and protect my earnings from being misused.
Total security and vpn
My family signed up for Total Security and a VPN a while ago. The VPN interrupted the security updates, so we had to troubleshoot the issue. It turned out we needed to disconnect the VPN for the updates to function correctly. Additionally, the VPN blocked downloads, including when we tried to download torrents - which was the main purpose of getting it initially. I doubt we'll be renewing our subscription.
My super cool antivirus software
This antivirus is absolutely brilliant! It's honestly the best at keeping my computer safe from ransomware and other nasty stuff. The interface is really user-friendly, and disabling auto-renewal is a piece of cake (I mean, come on, if someone finds it difficult then they must not be great with computers because it's just one click). The customer service is also excellent. I've been on the plus plan since 2023 and I've just switched to the premium plan.
My awesome antivirus
Oh my goodness, this antivirus program is absolutely fantastic! It does a brilliant job at keeping all sorts of viruses and threats at bay, and the fact that I can use it on all my gadgets without any concerns is brilliant. The only drawback is that it takes a little while to kick into action and safeguard my system, but apart from that small hiccup, it works like a charm. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of top-of-the-line protection!

Recently, I bought a new laptop and had to stop auto-renewals on two old devices. I wasn't sure what to do, so I checked out the Kaspersky Lab Support page. They had an easy solution there. Douglas and Darwin helped me out, sorting the cancellations quickly and making sure my new device was safe. I've been using Kaspersky antivirus for more than fifteen years and I've always been happy with their service.

I've just upgraded my security package to premium because I was really impressed with the program over the last year. The customer service team was fantastic, whether I was chatting online or on the phone. Kaspersky Standard
I've just bought Kaspersky Standard and discovered that all the small issues were sorted out while setting it up. It would have been better if they made it clear that you don't need a Licence Key to install the downloaded files. You just need to log into your account and go from there. The lack of this info got me a bit confused and wasted some of my time.

I've just bought some software and I'm having a few technical problems with it. I'm really not happy with it because it's not working like it should. I keep getting notifications about connection issues with the software, and the desktop icon has vanished, so it's tricky to get into the program. On top of that, there was a problem with the license on my Samsung Galaxy A40 - it started the countdown for a new license straight away, even though my old one still had more than 20 days left. The security suite from the company does a good job of keeping our devices safe. But, there are a few little issues that need sorting out - like the problems with activating it for family members who are living and working abroad. It would be really handy to have a complete offline installer accessible on MyKaspersky to make things simpler.
New antivirus software
I decided to switch to a different antivirus software when it was time to renew my subscription, after using my old one for years. The new software seems to be doing fine, but there's one big problem. I like software that works quietly in the background, only telling me when there's a real problem. Despite turning off all notifications, I keep getting annoying messages about using VPNs and cleaning up my computer. It's unnecessary and really annoying. When I turn off notifications, I expect them to stay off. I'll be getting rid of this new software. I'm going back to my old antivirus software, even if it means paying more for some peace and quiet.
