Used Laundryheap twice
I've only used Laundryheap twice and I must say, my first order for ironing was excellent. The person who picked up and dropped off my items was really polite and friendly. However, my second order, which was a good experience overall, had a little hiccup. When my whites wash was returned, it was dry but completely unfolded and all mashed up in the bag. I assumed they would be folded, even though I hadn't asked for ironing. Also, the person who dropped off my finished order just dumped the stuff on the step and left after he gave me the items on hangers. I was struggling to put everything down and he didn't bother to help or wait for a minute. Quite rude, I must say. In general, this is a good service but it's a bit pricey, so I would only use it in emergencies.
Quick and improved laundry service
I've just had a go at using the laundry service and I was really pleased with how quickly they collected and dropped off my laundry. The drivers were really nice, helpful, and friendly, which definitely made the whole experience better. Although, I wasn't too happy with how my t-shirts were folded in my first order, but I was impressed with how quickly customer service sorted it out. They made sure that my next order had much better folding. I am grateful for the effort that the team and the laundry partner put in to make this change. All in all, I'm satisfied with the service and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
Large laundry and dry cleaning order
I had a huge pile of laundry and dry cleaning that needed sorting out, so I thought I'd give this service a go. I have to admit, I was really impressed with how quick and dependable they were. The customer service was top-notch, and they made sure to keep me in the loop the whole way through. Dirty laundry
I've used this laundry service before, and it was fine, apart from one time when they made a mistake with our white shirts. But this time, oh my goodness! I received my laundry back, and everything was still dirty and smelly. Can you imagine? I'm really angry at the moment. I hope they resolve this quickly so I can update my review.
Barely cleaned clothes
Our clothes were returned to us with stains still on them. We had been travelling and needed a wash but were let down by the outcome. Most of the clothes that had minor stains were still marked, even though they could have been easily removed with a proper clean. It seems like they may not have used detergent or cleaned the items well. All in all, a very disappointing experience and we won't be using this service again.

Quality laundry service
The laundry service from this company is really good at picking up and dropping off my washing. The quality is fantastic and I love how convenient it is. However, I have noticed a few times that my clothes were not folded nicely in the delivery bags and ended up all wrinkled. Maybe they just have too many things to fit in the bags, but it's definitely something they should work on improving.
Surprised by invoice, good washing
I used this service and was really surprised by how much it cost! The bill ended up being much higher than I expected. But I was happy that the pickup and delivery happened on time, between 6pm and 8pm. Plus, my clothes came back all clean and fresh, so that was a great outcome!

My recent experience with the laundry service was really disappointing, to be honest. I've used them quite a few times in the past, but this time I had a problem with the driver not letting me know when they had arrived. I was waiting around for ages for them to pick up my laundry, but I didn't hear anything from them. It's not the first time this has happened, and it's starting to make me doubt if I can rely on them at all. It's so frustrating because it's wasted my time and now my laundry is late getting collected.
Service experience
I had a really bad time dealing with this company recently. I gave them my white clothes, including a really nice Ralph Lauren shirt, and they completely ruined them. I've been trying to get compensation for the damage, but they still haven't sorted it out. Now all my white stuff has a weird light blue tinge, and it's just not on.

Overcharged, late delivery, multiple customer agents
So, yeah, I was a first-time customer and it was an absolute nightmare! They overcharged me and my ironing was delayed. Can you believe it? I had to speak to THREE different people and all they did was apologise. I mean, really?! And now they're telling me my stuff won't arrive until 8 days later than promised. Great, just great! Now I have to go purchase new blouses because of their mistake.
Easy booking process
Why should booking laundry be such a pain these days, right? Good news - not with this service! You just need to let them know what you need, choose a time for collection and drop-off, and you're good to go. It's really easy and quick. And the prices are reasonable too, can't beat the convenience!
