Custom face masks
Unfortunately, the personalised face masks I ordered arrived with the faces stretched and unrecognisable. I was really disappointed with the quality of the masks initially. However, when I got in touch with customer service, I was lucky enough to speak with Pheobe. Pheobe not only provided amazing customer service, but she went the extra mile to fix the issue. She was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout our conversation. Thanks to Pheobe, the problem was sorted out quickly, and I even got a tracking number for the replacement masks. I was really impressed by how swiftly she responded and her commitment to making sure I was satisfied as a customer. Pheobe truly saved the day and made the whole situation much easier. I'm so thankful for her fantastic help.
Panoramic/wraparound mugs in 2 designs
When I ordered my panoramic/wraparound mugs in 2 designs, I was a bit disappointed that not all the necessary information was detailed on the website. However, I received a very helpful email reply promptly, which alleviated my concerns. I must say, the studio support was outstanding and I could not have asked for better assistance. The mugs were dispatched very rapidly, although Royal Mail's delivery time of 3 days was a bit of a letdown. The packaging was very nicely done, although I would have preferred no bubble wrap around the mugs, as brown paper packaging would have been more eco-friendly. Overall, I was highly impressed with the products, as the mugs turned out fantastic and looked amazing. Definitely a big thumbs up from me.
Photo-mug purchase
I recently ordered a photo mug, but then I realised that the photo size was too small for what I wanted. I tried to cancel the order by contacting customer service, but didn't hear back for a long time. By then, the mug was already being made, which was disappointing. Although the quality of the photo mug was good, I was not happy with the customer service experience.

We were well chuffed with the mugs we got from here. They were spot on and looked just like the pictures on the website. Even though it was a bank holiday, our order turned up bang on time. Ordering was dead easy, no bother at all, and the customer service was ace. The price was fair for such top quality. All in all, we were dead pleased with our experience at Printster and would definitely tell others to give it a go.
Coloured mugs order
I bought some brightly coloured mugs, but they got my order wrong and sent me white ones with my picture on them instead. I was a bit miffed about it but when I got in touch with customer service, they were really quick to sort it out. They offered to send me the right mugs or give me a refund for the difference in price. I thought they handled it all pretty well. The print on the mugs was good quality and they arrived at my door just two days after I placed my order. The prices were reasonable and I'm pleased with how clear the image is on the mugs. I'll definitely think about using this service again in the future.
Custom designed mugs
I recently ordered two custom-designed mugs from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed by the quality of the mugs when they arrived. The designs were really clear and the colours were so bright and attractive. However, it was a bit of a letdown that I couldn't pick different fonts or sizes for the text on the mugs. It would have been better to have a preview feature so I could see how the design would actually look before placing the order.
Personalized mugs
I ordered two personalised mugs but one of them arrived broken. I sent some photos over and Beth got me a replacement really quickly. The new mug turned up within a couple of days and the person I gave it to absolutely loved it. Printster is fantastic at communicating with customers and providing excellent service. They offer a wide range of cool items to choose from and the prices are really reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
Paper quality and service
I bought some printing services not long ago and I have to say, the paper they used was top-notch. The service itself was great too, they printed another order for me when the first one got lost in the post. It was delayed because of Covid slowing things down, but they owned up to it and sorted it out by getting it to me by 10am the next day. I really liked how efficient they were and how nice their customer service was.
Custom pair of socks
I bought some custom socks from this company and it was a bit of a nightmare. It took two whole weeks for them to arrive, delayed by 9 days past when they were expected. I had to send an email to the customer service team after a week, only to be told that my order had somehow "gone missing". Thankfully, the person I spoke to was nice and quickly sorted out a replacement order for me.
But when the replacement finally turned up, the socks were completely different from what I'd seen in the picture. They were a different colour and the quality was frankly terrible. The material was really cheap, shiny, and you could see right through it. Definitely not worth the nearly £20 I'd spent on them. I couldn't even give them as a gift like I'd planned.
So, I sent off another email asking for a refund.Mug gift delivery
I ordered a mug as a gift for a friend, but they ended up receiving the wrong item just 5 days before Christmas. The mug they got said 'This is what an awesome Managing Director looks like', which was definitely not what I had in mind. It really confused and upset my friend, especially since they had just gone through a tough court case involving their Managing Director at work. I was so embarrassed by the mix-up and how upset it made them.
Personalised wrapping paper
I came across some mixed reviews before I ordered my custom wrapping paper, but I am thrilled that I went ahead with it! It arrived right on time, just in time for my son's birthday. The quality was excellent, exactly as I had requested. I was really pleased with everything - the fast delivery, the top-quality item - and I will certainly be returning for more. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Personalized print order experience
I recently ordered a personalised print from their website, and I have to say, it was a bit of a nightmare. The website was so slow, kept buffering and freezing, which made it really hard to actually make the purchase. After finally managing to get the item in my cart and trying to check out, I had issues with payment. Even though I had enough money in my account, the payment kept getting declined with no explanation. To top it off, the delivery charges were as much as the item itself, which just didn't seem fair. The lack of clear error messages and unhelpful web chat support just added to my annoyance. In the end, I gave up on the order and found another provider in no time.
T shirt purchase
I bought a t-shirt from this company and honestly, I was really let down by their customer service. When I got in touch to raise my worries about the dodgy print quality, they just brushed me off and basically said my feedback didn't count because they were satisfied with their own standards. The print on the shirt was shocking - you could practically see through it in some places. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

I can't believe I shelled out £10 for priority shipping and my order still hasn't shown up after 4 days. It's messed up my whole plan for a joke at the reunion with my pals and I'm really let down. The service this company has given is just dreadful, and I wouldn't advise anyone to use them.
Bad quality papers
I recently bought three personalised papers from this place, but they were all poor quality and arrived all crumpled up. When I attempted to cut them with scissors, they tore easily. The majority of the paper was creased and folded so I couldn't even use it. I was quite let down by the items I received, and I won't be making any future purchases from them. I reached out to them to express my dissatisfaction, but they told me they wouldn't take any action to resolve the issue.
Personalized wrapping paper for daughter's 21st birthday
I recently bought some personalized wrapping paper for my daughter's 21st birthday gifts and I was really happy with how good it was and how quickly it came. The paper turned up on time and was top-notch quality. I even got the gift tags I forgot to include in my order sent promptly. All in all, it was a brilliant experience and I'll definitely be telling other people about it and using it again next time.
Custom photo face order for friend's hen do
I ordered a custom photo face for my friend's hen do recently, but the whole experience was a bit of a letdown, if I'm honest. I coughed up extra money for next day delivery, but the order ended up being delivered 10 whole days later. When I contacted customer service about it, they didn't offer much help and just fobbed me off by saying delivery times are just an "estimate." Their lack of taking responsibility for the delay and not caring about my urgent order really disappointed me.
