M&S purchases delayed on claims form

From March to May this year, I did around 10 of these bonus offers where I had to buy something from a specific shop with no minimum spend to get a bonus on top of the cashback. But even though I got pop-ups saying my visits were noted, none of my transactions got tracked. It was really disappointing and it left me feeling annoyed and let down.
