Event tickets
When it comes to buying tickets online for events and shows, it is important to deal with companies that are reputable and have track records. In several occasions, I had fallen victim to the wrong hands while trying to buy tickets for different occasions. However, reading good reviews about TicketNetwork and seeing their track records including where the company claims to have exhausted over 5 billion dollar worth of tickets, that among others showed as proofs for me to give them a try. Thankful, I wasn't disappointed and has not been disappointed all the while I have sticked to buying tickets from TicketNetwork. Thumbs up for being sincere.
Jeff Dunham ticket purchase
I bought tickets for a Jeff Dunham show back in October 2019. Because of all the Covid-19 stuff going on, the date of the show got changed a lot and we finally got to see it in November 2021. It was a bit of a hassle getting new tickets sorted out, so I ended up having to get in touch with customer service for help. At first, they said I couldn't get a refund because of the terms and conditions. But after I explained my situation, they surprised me by giving me a full refund two weeks later. I'm really grateful for the help and understanding from the customer service team.
First time purchase
As a newbie on this site, I must say that things went pretty smoothly and were easy to follow. The prices were fair, and I liked how simple it was to get around the website. I did read through a few reviews, some good and some not so great, which did make me a bit nervous. Still, I decided to go ahead and trust the company with my purchase since I've been saving up to take my husband and my son, who has Autism, to their first hockey game. I was really chuffed with the customer service I got from this company. When I had a problem with my purchase, the customer service team really stepped up and sorted it out fast. They made me feel like a valued customer and took the time to hear me out. They sorted the issue in no time and made sure I was happy with the outcome. It's great to see a company that actually cares about their customers and is willing to go above and beyond to give top-notch service.
I had bought tickets for a comedy show
I was really looking forward to surprising a mate with tickets to a comedy show, but Ticketnetwork really let me down! They kept sending me emails about my tickets being sorted, but then on the day of the show, they emailed me to say I'd been refunded. I was gutted and felt so awkward that my surprise was ruined because of Ticketnetwork. I definitely won't be purchasing tickets from them in the future!
Delayed Ticket Purchase
Avoid this company. It's two hours before the show tonight, and we still don't have the ticket we bought. They said it would be ready by 5 pm, but instead, they just gave us a refund. We wanted the ticket, not the money back. This has never happened with other ticket sellers we've used before. This was our first time using this company, and we definitely won't be using them again. We managed to buy tickets for the same show from Vivid Seats and Stub Hub, and we got them earlier than expected. But the ticket from this company is missing. Just stay away from them.

Golf tournament tickets purchased, promised electronic delivery
I bought tickets for a golf tournament from this service and was supposed to get the electronic tickets by a certain date. But, I found out the day before the event that the tickets weren't there. Even though they were still showing similar tickets on the website. They only offered me a refund as a solution. I felt really let down and like I'd been tricked. I recommend others to stay away from this service.

The original ticket price was already raised, and then I got hit with a big service fee on top of that. It felt like a sneaky scam, so I'd advise others to avoid this site.

I bought tickets for a Kenny Chesney concert happening on 10/19, but turns out it got postponed, not cancelled. Found out there's no chance for a refund, which was a bit of a surprise. I mean, planning a gig three years ahead seems a bit excessive, doesn't it? Feeling let down by the lack of clear info in the small print and the bad customer service. I believe people should always get the choice of a refund, especially when it comes to big artists or companies.
Pickleball tournament ticket purchase
I recently bought tickets for a pickleball tournament with a gift card from my in-laws. Sadly, the fees were really high. Even though they said the tickets would come two days before, they didn't. I got in touch with customer service and they said the tickets would arrive 24 hours before the tournament. But on the day of the event, I got an email saying my order was cancelled. They said they would refund my credit card but the gift card amount would be put back. This whole thing has made me lose faith in the company, so I won't be buying from them again. It feels like the money my in-laws spent on the gift card has been wasted.
Thought it was Ticketmaster, actually from a reseller
Tickets were quite pricey and didn't even show up. They didn't take any responsibility for it and even changed the delivery date. Seems like a complete scam, so would definitely recommend not buying from them.

I've just bought some tickets for a Conjunto Primavera gig, but I'm really disappointed with the lack of info on where to pick them up. The event's on Sunday and I'm feeling frustrated and confused about how I'm meant to get hold of my tickets in time. You'd think it'd be pretty standard for a ticketing company to make this clear to their customers, but I'm totally in the dark.
