Internet and home phone service
I've always found the team to be really helpful and supportive. They help with any questions or technical issues and check in regularly to make sure everything is going well. My experience with them has been excellent, they're always patient when I struggle with the tech stuff. The system is easy to use, which is a relief for me as I'm not very tech-savvy. I appreciate how they break it down step by step, it really helps me. A big thank you to them for that. Another good thing is how easy it is to get in touch with the team - just press one and they call you back, which is great. The pricing is fair and they give advice on system updates so you can plan ahead. They're also really supportive and understanding towards people with disabilities. All in all, a fantastic service and experience - 10/10+.
VoIP system transfer
We've had a really good experience transferring our VoIP system. Right from the start, the whole process went really smoothly. The customer service team were so helpful and patient on the phone, they guided us through everything and answered all our questions. The online guides were also really helpful in getting us set up and using the system properly. The actual transfer was simple and trouble-free, and the call quality is great after the switch. We're really happy with how everything has been dealt with up to now.
Broadband contract renewal
I got in touch with the customer service team about renewing my broadband contract and I have to say, it was a pretty good experience. The lady I talked to, Olivia, really knew her stuff and managed to get me a decent deal to avoid any sneaky price increases from BT Openreach. She was quick to reply, called me back when she said she would, and even sent me an email when I missed her call. I was impressed by how well she looked after me and paid attention to all the little details during our chat.
Phone setup assistance
We had a bit of a rough ride, but I must say the customer service we got was absolutely top-notch. Keanen, the guy who helped us out, was a real pro and also really friendly. He went the extra mile to assist us with setting up our phone. Even when we hit a few technical snags, Keanen sorted them out quickly and took the time to answer all our questions about transferring our number. All in all, it was a brilliant experience, all thanks to Keanen's hard work and support.

They were so nice and patient with me when I couldn't get my internet set up properly. They sorted it out really quickly and I was chuffed with the service.

I had to cancel my service with bOnline because I had to close down my business recently. Keano from customer support was really helpful and gave me great advice on how to end my service smoothly. Though I can't carry on with them for personal use, I would definitely recommend bOnline to any small business needing reliable broadband and telephone services. Their customer support has always been spot-on, and I value their professionalism and dedication. Good job!
Technical support assistance
Lately, I've been having some trouble with my internet and luckily, I got in touch with a chap from the company who really knew his stuff. I have to admit, the service was absolutely brilliant. This bloke called Tascoe was so quick and managed to sort out my problem without any hassle. I liked how straightforward and easy everything was, and it felt like my issue was given proper attention. All in all, I was really pleased with the help I got.
Broadband package
I've just bought a broadband package from this company, and I was really impressed with the customer service I got. Ejaaz was so helpful, patient, and professional the whole time. His knowledge and expertise made everything easy and stress-free. Because of him, I felt really sure about picking this company for my broadband. We could do with more employees like Ejaaz who really look after their customers and go the extra mile.
Internet services renewal
Working with bOnline has been such a relief compared to the big companies. I recently had to renew my internet services and it was surprisingly easy and quick. Shaakira, a real person (not a robot), helped me through the process and made sure I got a good deal even with the OpenReach charges rising. It's good to be seen as a valued customer rather than just a name in the system.
Credit resolution
Xolela managed to sort out the remaining credit with just one phone call, which had been dragging on for a few days. Shandre had been proactive in offering the best value through their previous emails and calls.
Tech issues fix
I was really struggling with all my tech issues, like, oh my gosh, it was driving me crazy. But then this amazing guy showed up and was like a total superhero! He stayed calm and kept trying everything until he sorted most of my problems out. Huge thanks to that mystery tech hero for being so patient and helpful, you're awesome!
Contract cancellation
I had an absolutely terrible experience trying to cancel my out-of-contract service. I kept asking for confirmation, but they didn't cancel it and even charged me disconnection fees. Definitely think twice before signing a contract with them.
Internet service
These guys are seriously top-notch. I've been with them for ages and they always come through with amazing service. The customer service team is just unbeatable - they're always so polite, professional, and on the ball. Big shout out to Melita, who was absolutely excellent today.
Great service for 3 years
The service has been amazing for the last 3 years. I had to cancel recently and Xolela made it really simple and fast. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Got help with tech stuff
The bloke, Reagan, was absolutely brilliant at tech support and he sorted out all the problems I was having. He even took it a step further to make sure everything was fixed properly. Can't fault the service at all!
