Full-fibre internet connection upgrade
I just got my internet upgraded to full-fibre after having a few problems with previous attempts. So today, these two blokes called Dan and Derek came to install the service. I was really impressed with how professional and efficient they were in making sure everything was set up properly. They really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the service before they left.
Internet service disruption
I've been really let down by the internet going down for nearly two weeks. It's been a nightmare not being able to work from home and it's caused me a lot of stress. Even though I had to take time off for the engineer to come round, I'm still being asked to pay the full amount for a service I couldn't even use. I think I should be getting some compensation for all the hassle and money I've lost because of this.
Product not suitable
The company didn't do their homework before sending me the wrong device. Their mistake meant I had a frustrating time trying to connect it to my system, but I managed to fix it by simply plugging it in directly. Their lack of understanding and bad customer service left me feeling unimpressed and unhappy.
