    Fibre Broadband Installation

    Derek and Dave, the engineers, came round to install my fibre broadband and it all went really well. They knew exactly what they were doing and made sure everything went without a hitch. I was really impressed by how professional and skilled they were. All in all, the installation of my new fibre broadband was a positive experience.

    Internet service disruption

    I've been really let down by the internet going down for nearly two weeks. It's been a nightmare not being able to work from home and it's caused me a lot of stress. Even though I had to take time off for the engineer to come round, I'm still being asked to pay the full amount for a service I couldn't even use. I think I should be getting some compensation for all the hassle and money I've lost because of this.

    Product not suitable

    The company didn't do their homework before sending me the wrong device. Their mistake meant I had a frustrating time trying to connect it to my system, but I managed to fix it by simply plugging it in directly. Their lack of understanding and bad customer service left me feeling unimpressed and unhappy.
