    Home water purification system

    Recently, my family bought a house in an area where the city water is pretty rubbish, so we've been splashing out on expensive bottled water for drinking and cooking. But since we found out about Aqua Sana's home water purification system, everything has changed for the better. It's not even that pricey, and it's made such a big difference to the quality of our water and well-being. Our rep, called LuLu, really knew her stuff and didn't push us to buy anything. She gave us all the info we needed to make a smart choice that's really boosted our quality of life.

    Nice water purifier

    I got to know about Aquasana through my granny. She doesn't joke with what she puts in her mouth she drinks clean and healthy water and eats healthy meals. I needed whole house filters for my water. I needed to treat my water because I have been falling sick lately and was told it is a result of an unhygienic intake of water. I ordered for their water filter and used it to sieve out the dirt in my water. It was easy to get the product I wanted. Quite affordable I must add and it works excellently. It filtered the dirt and for weeks now I have had no reason to visit the hospital.

    Water filtration systems (counter top unit, replacement, dual filter undersink unit)

    I've been using your products for around 20 years now, starting off with a counter top unit and then upgrading to a dual filter undersink unit about 8 years back. During all this time, I've never really had any big problems that were not sorted out quickly, especially in the first few years. However, this month I had my first issue with the "o ring" on the undersink unit. I got in touch about it on Monday and by Friday, the problem was completely fixed with a replacement part. The filtration system works brilliantly and the customer service is top-notch.

    Cartridge lifespan disappointment

    I was gutted with how quickly the cartridge in the product ran out. After buying it a few times, I realised that the amount of water it filtered got less and less. It got me thinking if it was worth shelling out for new cartridges every single month. I was really wishing it would last longer, but that wasn't the reality. Feeling let down and annoyed by this, I'm now thinking about switching to a different water filter.

    Filter replacement

    I've been using the filter replacement unit for quite a few years now and it's always worked fine. But, I recently got some new filters and I've got to say, I'm really let down by the quality. As soon as I put them in, they started leaking like crazy, making a big mess inside the cabinet. According to what I found online, the solution is to put a couple of quarters under the filter - which I don't think is a very good fix. I've tried everything I can think of, but I've still managed to soak through two towels trying to sort it out. I've had enough of this.

    Dehydration incident with a water product

    I was initially interested, but reading the reviews put me off. A couple of years back, I tried a water product that ended up really dehydrating me. I got so sick and thankfully the nurses stepped in before it got worse. At 70 years old, I don't see the need to rely on bottled water, especially when I live in an RV park with access to local well water. I'll make sure to keep the water company in check when it comes to water quality.

    Conflicting information, rude customer service

    I got in touch with Aquasana Europe to find out more about the Rhino system. But, when I spoke to two reps on the phone, they gave me different info, couldn't answer my questions properly, and even argued with me when I pointed out their mistakes. They were pretty rude and dismissive, which didn't give me much faith in their customer service. Because of this, I decided not to go ahead with buying the product.

    Whole house water system experience

    I recently bought a whole house water system to make the water in my home better. Everything started off well, and the water quality improved a lot. However, after a while, I found an issue with the system. I saw some black bits in the post system filter, and the water started looking dirty. Worried, I contacted customer service for help. Sadly, my experience with their customer service team wasn't great. It took them days to reply to my first message, and when they finally did, they asked for photos of the problem. I sent them the pictures they asked for but didn't hear anything back. Feeling frustrated with the lack of progress, I got in touch with them again, only to get a vague and unhelpful email in response. I was expecting better service, especially since the system is meant to have a 5-year warranty. It's really disappointing to get such bad customer service, and I'd advise others to avoid investing in this product.

    Faulty water filtration system

    I thought it was a good idea to invest in a water filtration system that a professional had recommended to me. Sadly, just a few days after it was installed, a badly made part broke and caused a flood in my basement. This not only meant I had to pay out for an emergency plumber, but the damage was really bad - walls ruined, wiring damaged, and even my wifi router destroyed. On top of all that, the water quality didn't get any better, like they said it would. Now I'm thinking about going back to having water delivered instead. It's not great to hear that other people are having the same problems, which just shows that this is a badly made product. My advice would be to save your money and steer clear of this disaster waiting to happen.

    Under the counter filtration system purchase

    I've been using the filtration system for a while now and I always make sure to keep it updated to make sure the water in my house stays clean. Recently, I noticed a leak in my system and when I reached out to customer service, they told me that the system needs to be replaced every 5-7 years. They promised to send me a new system but after waiting for 10 days, only some of the parts arrived. Now, I have to wait another 10 days for the rest of the parts. This whole situation has left me feeling let down and frustrated. It's disappointing to see that the company's service isn't reliable or efficient. I believe that as a loyal customer, I should have received all the parts I needed in the first place and they should have considered overnight shipping, especially since the system failed.

    Faulty product, flooded basement

    I recently bought a water filtration system from Aqua Sana and I have to say, I was really disappointed with it. As soon as I installed it, there was a leak and my basement got flooded. I tried reaching out to them for help and to file a damage claim, but I haven't heard anything back from them at all. The materials of the system seem weak and not reliable at all. It's been 15 days now and all they've told me is that it's the part maker's fault, which has left me with a flooded basement and no solution in sight. The damage control person, Christine Davidson, has not been helpful at all and has just made the company look even worse. I really don't recommend buying anything from Aqua Sana.

    Water filter disaster

    I bought a water filter from this company not long ago, and honestly, it's been a total nightmare. I had to wait for ages for the right part to come, and then when my plumber eventually put it in, the hose burst and flooded both my kitchen and basement in no time.     Shower filter

    I've been having a lot of issues with my shower filter. It keeps cracking and causing water to go everywhere in my bathroom. On top of that, the shower head keeps getting blocked with carbon, which means carbon bits are coming out every time I take a shower. When I joined the water for life program, they said there would be no hassle with the product warranty, but now they're asking me to send pictures and pay for shipping for replacements. It's been a real waste of my time and money, and the quality of their products has definitely gone downhill over the years. I think it's time to find a new company that can give me products that actually do the job.

    Under sink water filter replacements

    I've been really let down by the under sink water filter replacements. They just kept leaking and it ended up wrecking my kitchen cabinets and floor. I had to buy new filters twice in only 2 years, which was a real hit on my wallet. All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the products and the mess they made in my home.
