My experience with this company has been a total disaster. I tried to book a flight but they cancelled it not once, but twice. Then, a few days later, my credit was mysteriously approved and my credit card was charged. This is a serious breach of customer trust and privacy. I want an explanation and a refund straight away.

Missed flight credit issue
I got in touch with a bunch of customer service reps about a credit I was supposed to have for a new flight, after missing my original one. But, when I used the credits to book a new flight, they told me they couldn't honour it. On top of that, they hiked up the price of the package deal by quite a lot and told me to contact the hotel. It was really annoying to find out that all the reps I spoke to were from India, and the service I got was really bad. Overpriced flight ticket booking
I recently had a really disappointing experience with this booking platform. I found a good value flight ticket, went to pay with my debit card, but then got an email saying the payment didn't go through. How can a legit transaction be declined with a funded debit card? Then they said a special team would sort it out and offered me a different booking for more money on different dates. It wasted my time and meant I missed out on better deals elsewhere, as they had already taken my money. It all felt a bit shady, so I had to go through the hassle of disputing the transaction.
numerous price increases
My experience with this company was a total nightmare from beginning to end. I had to deal with three price increases while trying to check out, which really annoyed me. When I asked for a refund, they tried to charge me a cancellation fee. It all seemed like a scam, and I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and honesty.
