    Mediterranean cruise, Sky Princess, Elite perks

    I've just got back from a lovely 2-week Mediterranean cruise on a particular ship. The ports we visited were mostly great, except for the industrial one in Marseille. The weather was mostly fabulous, although we did have a gloomy day in Lisbon. The ship itself was fantastic, especially our mini-suite with all the Elite extras like a mini-bar and canapes. However, the food in the main dining rooms was a bit disappointing. The meat cuts, especially the steaks, were tough and grizzly. Eventually, we gave up on the main dining and stuck to the buffet and International Cafe. We missed the dining experience, but at least the quality was better there. The entertainment was hit and miss, with only 3 good production shows, and thankfully no silly booking system like on another ship. The TV in our room was a big annoyance, constantly going off and on, claiming it was rebooting. This made watching films quite frustrating since the entertainment options overall were lacking. The service from the staff was excellent though, much better than our previous cruise on a different ship. Overall, the cruise was enjoyable, but it's clear that certain improvements need to be made, especially when it comes to the food quality.

    Cruise Experience

    I've just come back from a two-week cruise and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic! Everything about the experience exceeded what I had hoped for. The ship itself was top-notch; the facilities and amenities were amazing, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were brilliant - so friendly and always willing to help, providing excellent service all day, every day. My room was spacious, the food was delightful, and there were plenty of fun activities to keep me entertained throughout the journey. The only downside was not having any onboard credit, which was a bit disappointing considering how much the trip cost. However, despite this, I'm already thinking about booking my next cruise!

I actually wanted a cruise vacation. But choosing which cruise line would give me the best experience became a challenge. I decided to sign up with Princess cruises. it was a wonderful experience. I was taken to top destinations and exotic locations around the world. I had so much fun and I am really satisfied with their service. I will always choose Princess cruises for my cruise vacation. I recommend Princess cruises for anyone going on a cruise vacation who need value for their money.

    Cruise experience - Baltic Sea

    My experience on the cruise up the Baltic Sea has been largely positive. The help I've received as a passenger with disabilities has been good enough. However, my main issue was with the customer service. When I phoned to ask about the gate the ship leaves from in Southampton, two different staff members gave me the wrong information. It was actually the Southampton staff who pointed me in the right direction, not the cruise line. The food onboard has been amazing and the service has been really good. The entertainment is a bit repetitive but not bad. Just make sure to bring a jacket as it can get chilly inside due to the air conditioning being set quite cool.

    Dining reservations cancelled

    My dining reservations got cancelled by the cruise company out of the blue, only ten days before we were due to set sail, even though I had made them ten weeks in advance. I was really gutted and annoyed as I had specifically chosen those dining times. It seems like I'm not the only one either, as I've seen that loads of other people have had bad experiences with this company. It really says a lot about how they treat their customers.

    Medallion bill discrepancy

    I had the worst time after my cruise when they charged way too much money from my bank card and I don't understand why. They took two payments - one that matched the bill and then an extra £157 that I didn't even spend. I tried calling customer service but the number they gave me didn't even work. I messaged them on Instagram but they still haven't replied, it's been 3 days now. They're just a bunch of jokers 🤬.

    Mediterranean cruise

    My time on the Mediterranean cruise was absolutely amazing. I'd never been on a cruise before, so I was really surprised by how fantastic the whole trip was. The places we visited were so beautiful, and the staff on the ship were brilliant. They were really professional and did everything they could to make sure everyone had a great time. I'm so glad I didn't listen to any bad reviews before booking this cruise, because it was even better than I'd hoped. I'm already thinking about booking another cruise for my next holiday.

    Princess Cruises on Beautiful Ship

    I recently went on a fantastic cruise on a stunning ship. The cruise was great value for money, and the food was top-notch. Despite hearing some bad reviews beforehand, I was really pleased to find the staff onboard were very friendly and helpful. The restaurants that were included were even better than I expected. I decided to go for the Princess plus package, booking both a mini suite and a deluxe balcony room, and I was so impressed that I've already booked another cruise on the same ship.

    Cruise cancelled D-day excursions

    I was really disappointed when I heard that my cruise cancelled all the D-day tours because they said it was going to be too busy! I mean, come on! I was looking forward to being a part of the celebration and showing my respect for the fallen heroes. And then they just go ahead and cancel it? Seriously, not cool!

    Overpriced excursion disappointment

    My recent trip with the company was really disappointing. They didn't even think about public holidays, so they ended up cancelling trips without telling us first. And when we did go on tours, the groups were way too big and everything felt rushed. It was pretty obvious they didn't really care about any complaints we had. Plus, their prices were much higher than other tour companies like Viator or GetYourGuide. For a better experience, I'd suggest booking directly with local companies like MantaSOS in Ecuador. You can get better prices and be in smaller groups. It might take a bit more effort to find them, but it's definitely worth it in the long run.

    Disappointing experience on a cruise

    I didn't enjoy the cruise at all. The food in the restaurants and buffet was really bad and disappointing. Also, the room I was in looked old and worn out, not what I was expecting from this kind of cruise. The entertainment wasn't great and the gym was too small and crowded to even do a proper workout. On top of that, the shower temperature control in my room was broken, which was really annoying. I wouldn't suggest going on this cruise based on my experience.

    Formal dress code disappointment

    My recent dining experience on a Princess cruise ship wasn't great. I was really disappointed with how the restaurant staff dealt with the dress code. Before the cruise, they made it clear that Smart Casual meant dressing nicely like you would in a good restaurant at home, and Formal Nights meant wearing fancy clothes like evening gowns and tuxedos. But during my trip, the rules weren't enforced properly. Some people were wearing ball caps and shorts, even on Formal Nights. When I raised my concerns, the staff didn't seem interested in making sure everyone followed the dress code. They just let it slide, which made it awkward for those of us who dressed up as required. The company needs to decide whether they want to stick to the rules or get rid of them altogether, because right now, the confusion is ruining the guest experience. Talking to other passengers confirmed that many felt the same way and were unhappy with how the dress code was being handled. This whole situation has made me think twice about booking another Princess cruise in the future.

    Princess Cruise Experience

    I went on a cruise recently with a well-known company and I have to say, I wasn't very impressed with my experience. The whole booking process was a bit of a mess, really confusing and disorganised, and I had to wait around a lot. Once on board, the service wasn't great either - the staff didn't seem very interested in helping out. And the prices, well, I think I paid way too much for what I got. The whole cruise itself was a bit of a letdown, with lots of things promised that never actually happened. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with my Princess cruise.

    Expensive Mediterranean Cruise

    The recent change of ports on our Mediterranean cruise with the company was really disappointing. We got an email telling us that instead of going to the lovely Kotor, Montenegro, our ship would be stopping in the quiet seaside town of Bar, Montenegro. And to add to our frustration, there were no excursions available for this new port, so we had 11 hours to just roam around a town that doesn't have much to see or do. It's annoying to fork out loads of money for a fancy cruise only to end up in a place that's just plain boring.

    Cruise experience

    I had a really bad experience with customer service recently. It was really hard to get any help or answers from the people on the phone. They kept me waiting for ages, put me on hold out of the blue, and in the end, didn't even solve my problems. They said they'd email me back within a certain time, but they never did. I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer. Because of this terrible communication and lack of help, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who wants good customer service.

    Sky Princess cruise booking

    I'm a bit disappointed with the information we got for our upcoming cruise on the Sky Princess. It was a bit confusing and not very clear. When I called to ask which dock gate in Southampton we needed to go to, the customer service rep couldn't give a proper answer. I ended up having to look online for the details myself. It's a shame to see such a famous company not paying attention to these things. I just hope this lack of communication isn't a sign of what the whole trip will be like.

    Princess Cruise

    I recently went on a cruise to Norway and Iceland, and it turned out to be a pretty terrible experience. The food was just passable, but the entertainment was truly awful. The ship was clearly old and falling apart, despite supposedly being refurbished. And to make matters worse, we couldn't even make it to Iceland due to some windy weather. Can you actually believe it? Other ships probably would have managed, but not this one. I regret not being able to head back home. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company. Just save your money and choose a different cruise line.

    Alaskan cruise experience

    The crew attitude on the Royal Princess during my recent Alaskan cruise left a lot to be desired. When I got to my cabin a bit earlier than expected, the cabin stewards were quite rude and told me to come back later in a not very nice way. When I did return, my bed wasn't made up properly, so I had to call reception for assistance. The receptionist had a strong accent that made it hard to understand, and instead of being helpful, they seemed irritated by my request. I know changeover days can be busy, but that's no reason to treat paying guests with such lack of care.
