    Flight experience review

    I recently had the pleasure of flying with this airline and I must say, they really impressed me in every way. As soon as I stepped on board, I was looked after so well. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone had a comfortable journey. The food was really good quality, the seats were comfy, and the whole flight was really well organized. I was especially impressed by how they looked after passengers with special needs, they showed real care and kindness.

    Alwasy prefer Qatar airways

    Well being a travel journalist, I keep on traveling over several countries and till now, I experienced the best comfort, extraordinary services, easy bookings, all with Qatar Airways
    Lately I have been to Athens, Rio, Saudi Arabia and all. Qatar offers reasonable flights, very efficiently to such places. Never get disappointed.

    Flight Malpensa - Bali with layover in Doha

    I had a really smooth journey flying from Malpensa to Bali via Doha. The flights were all right on time, and even got there earlier than expected. The service on board was fantastic, and the food was really tasty. I found it really relaxing flying with this airline.

    My experience with this airline was a total disaster. There were so many issues like flight delays, cancellations, ignored dietary needs, rude staff, poor communication, and no help from customer service. It completely ruined my trip and I won't be flying with them again.

    I'm really not happy with the airline I travelled with recently. The customer service was really frustrating and unhelpful. They didn't offer any solutions when I had problems during my journey. I'm so disappointed that I'm thinking about getting legal advice when I'm back home next year.

    Travel booking with Qatar

    So, you know, I had a really terrible experience with Qatar Airways. I've flown with them many times before, but this last trip was just a nightmare. I was heading to Auckland and had a nightmare at Manchester Airport. The customer service was just awful. They made me fill out travel declarations all over again, even though I had already done it. Then they made me pay for it on some sketchy website! I made a big scene and eventually got fast-tracked through security. But now, after 3 months, they're not even responding to my emails about what happened. Total scam, I wouldn't trust them at all.

    Changed flight dates, payment issues, incompetent customer service

    I had a really bad time when I tried to swap my flight dates with your airline. When I asked to change the dates, I got sent some payment links that just weren't working. They told me I had to pay within 6 hours or they'd cancel my ticket. I tried my best, but I just couldn't make the payment using those links, so my ticket ended up being canceled. The customer service I got was the worst part of it all - it was just awful. The staff were totally useless and didn't help me at all. I'd really recommend avoiding this airline if you can; they're just really awful.

    Promo code discount

    The Gomob promo code is meant to give you 20% off when you book through the mobile app. But you know what? It doesn't even work! The fares end up being the same as on the website and other travel agencies. There was even a special discount to Milan, yet the promo code did nothing to lower the price. What's the point of having this promo if it doesn't actually give you a discount? Come on, marketing team, sort it out!

    Wheelchair assistance at airport

    The wheelchair assistance at Montreal airport from Qatar Airways was an absolute mess. It was disorganised, chaotic, and the staff were uncaring and unprofessional. We arrived 4 hours before our flight with online check-in done, but still had to wait a long time for the wheelchair agent to turn up, and they only arrived at the last minute. The lack of communication and organisation was shocking, causing a lot of stress and worry for passengers, including my elderly mother. The service was a total disaster, clearly showing a lack of good management at this airline.

    Flight experience with Qatar Airways

    My recent experience with an airline was terrible. I was so excited to travel, but everything went downhill when our flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight. No one told us anything during the 3-hour delay and they didn't even give us air conditioning or water.

    I couldn't believe how badly they treated people based on their nationality and passports. It was shocking, and they wouldn't even give us a place to stay until we complained. It's just not right in this day and age, especially from a big airline.

    The staff were useless too, they didn't take any responsibility or help us out. The whole situation was handled really badly, no care for customers at all. My wife had a terrible time, and it's just not fair.

    Delayed flight, lack of drinks during wait, slow compensation process, denied reimbursement for hotel stay and drinks bought during delay

    I've had a really bad experience with your airline recently. My flight got delayed by a whopping 26 hours, and on top of that, they didn't offer any drinks during the long wait. Sorting out compensation was a nightmare and took ages, which just added to my frustration. I wasn't even allowed to stay in a hotel on the first night because of the delay, but the airline wouldn't reimburse me for the costs. To make things worse, they didn't cover the cost of the drinks I had to buy to avoid getting dehydrated. It made the whole situation even more unpleasant.

    Transfer flight experience at a specific airport

    The airport security measures for my connecting flight were really over the top and so repetitive. When I got off the plane at Doha airport, I had to go through a whole security check for my next flight, then there were four more security checks before I could even get to the gate. Every time, they wanted to see my documents, scan me, and make me take everything out for the X-ray. It took ages and was so annoying, especially because I know all about security from my time with TSA, Global Entry, and the FAA.

    Lost luggage

    I was so annoyed when my luggage got lost on my trip, and I only got it back a few days after I got home. I had to keep bothering them for updates, and the staff where I was staying gave me the wrong information. They kept telling me my luggage was on its way when it wasn't, which really stressed me out and made things harder. I was so frustrated by how little they talked to me and how hard I had to work to find my bag. The compensation they offered wasn't enough to make up for all the trouble I had. Even though they're supposed to be the best airline, my first experience with them was really letdown.

    Lost luggage incident

    I had a decent flight but then things went downhill when my luggage got lost. It's been a nightmare trying to get some help and information about my missing bags, and I'm really not pleased with how they've handled things. It's been 8 months now and I still haven't heard anything about where my stuff is. This lack of communication and responsibility just isn't on from a well-known airline.
