I've been using this financial management app for a while now, and I must say it's really easy to use and does the job well. I ordered something online for delivery recently and it was a total let down. The website said there was a live chat to help with any problems, but I couldn't see it at all. I wanted to change my delivery address but couldn't find a phone number to call or use live chat, so I was stuck. The only thing I could do was send a message and wait for a reply within 2 days. Not having instant customer service was really annoying and awkward. All in all, the service was terrible and I regret ordering online.

I had a really bad experience with this company recently. I told them many times to stop sending me emails about a membership fee that didn't even apply to me, but they just ignored me. Then, to top it off, they went and closed my ISA account for the tax year 23/24 without asking me first. It's just not on, it's really not cool and I'm feeling so annoyed and let down by them.
