As a blogger, I am always in the look out for tools that can help me do my work with ease. Most times I was faced with challenges translating speech to text for my blog. Then, I didn't know about Rev, which would have made the work very easy for me. Luckily, I discovered the software and started applying. Ignorance they say is bad and it is truly bad. The application of Rev in my activities have made it very easy for me to carry out my work with option to have any audio transcript in different languages. I would say with all the features embedded in Rev, it is an application every tech person, team or organization should consider using. I respect the developers and I recommend the software to everyone.

I've been using Rev for about a year now as a lawyer, and I really wish I had found it sooner. The service they provide is absolutely crucial for my work. I tried using this online service to help me with my school work, but I wasn't pleased with it. They didn't let me know that they were going to charge me until after they had already done it, which was really unfair. Most companies would warn you beforehand so you can decide if you want to proceed with the payment or not, but this one didn't. When I requested a refund, they refused and said it was against their rules. That wasn't very kind of them at all! I believe it would be better for people to explore other services as there are plenty of alternatives available.
School assignment tool
I was using that school assignment tool and completely forgot to cancel it. And now, I'm in a right pickle with my mum because she spotted it on the bank statement and got really cross with me for spending money without giving her a heads up. I did try to get a refund, but they only gave me a small amount back. So now, I'm stuck having to pay for the whole thing and feeling pretty down about it all 😞
Captioning service
I'm really disappointed with the captioning service I got. The quality was so bad and didn't meet EU standards at all. Plus, the customer service was just awful. When I complained about the captions and asked for a refund, they were so unhelpful and refused to give me one. This isn't right, so now I'm taking legal action and reporting them to the consumer protection agency. I won't be using their services again as a new user.
Captions helping understand clients
Captions are really useful when I chat with clients, especially if they have strong accents or talk fast. It's one less thing for me to worry about, so I can concentrate on giving my presentation without forgetting any key points. I really appreciate this service!
Human transcription service
I recently used a human transcription service and I have to say it was a total disaster. I shelled out over $500 for extra human transcription, thinking I'd get top-notch quality, but I was really let down. Not only did they not correct the errors made by the AI originally, but the final transcript was full of mistakes. I felt like I wasted my money and time on a service that just didn't deliver. A colleague recommended this company to me, but after this, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Even when I tried to get help from customer service, they were unresponsive and not helpful at all. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Live entertainment experience
I went to a live event at the new venue in Manchester recently. The show had a famous comedian and it was really fun to watch them live after so long. The venue was impressive and had a great vibe, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. However, the men's toilets were lacking and there were long queues during the break. Also, I thought the drink prices were a bit steep.
Online application rejection
The online application process was really easy to use. But, I was gutted when I got a message saying, "Sorry, we're not accepting applications from where you are." It would have been great to know that before, as it was a waste of my time and energy. I wish they had been more upfront about location restrictions on the website to stop this annoyance. All in all, I'm just left feeling disappointed and disheartened by the whole thing.
Printing Services
Honestly, ordering from here was a bit of a pain. I was really annoyed that I couldn't upload my files before placing an order. I prefer to be able to upload as I go, rather than waiting until everything is finished. It just makes the whole process longer and more complicated, as I have to tidy up my files afterwards. It's quite frustrating, to be honest.
