    Quick and efficient roadside assistance

    I had a really good experience with the breakdown assistance service. The customer service team were really polite and gave me clear instructions the whole time. The repair company that came out was on time and very professional, which made everything really easy. I think this service is perfect for quick fixes in busy areas like towns or cities. I can't say for more complicated situations, but for my simple roadside assistance, they went above and beyond.

    I was over charged by Breakdown Assistant and so I was not happy.
    But when they assist that time I was in trouble..So didn't care about it.
    But provide option relaxed to reach at my point .
    But terms of services should be more cleared for those customer who have less time to get through all points.
    Now Breakdown Assistant become my regular assistant whenever I need services, I do not call or look for any other services.

    Breakdown Assist for my son

    I signed up for Breakdown Assist for my son just in case his car decided to act up. Lo and behold, the car actually broke down! Water was gushing out of it like a fountain. So, he gave Breakdown Assist a ring and they were really quick to respond. They assured him that they would come and collect the car to take it to the garage. True to their word, they arrived promptly and sorted it all out. No hassle, no worries, just smooth sailing!

    Quick response and efficient battery rescue

    I gave them a ring for help because I ended up draining my car battery by leaving my sidelights on. The person who answered the phone was really prompt and wasted no time in sending help. The rescue team turned up quickly and managed to jump-start my car efficiently. Before I knew it, I was back on the road again.

    Broke down, radiator problem, Lee fixed thermostat

    I was just casually driving, when all of a sudden steam started billowing out from the bonnet! So I quickly rang Breakdown Assist and a lovely chap named Lee showed up to rescue me. He was really friendly and managed to fix my thermostat on the spot. Before I knew it, I was back on the road in no time at all!

    I had a flat battery last week and had to call for help. The guy who came out, James Smith, got here quickly and sorted the problem out efficiently. But I was a bit let down that he didn't have the tools to check my tires, which really needed looking at after being stuck for so long.

    Breakdown in Scotland

    This company was a complete nightmare to deal with when we broke down in Scotland. We were stranded miles away from home with a car that was overheating, and they wouldn't even tow us - just told us to go to the nearest garage. The mechanic at the garage replaced the radiator cap and topped up the water and coolant, but the next day the car was overheating again because of a leaking water pump, which was a totally different problem. When I rang Breakdown Assist for help, they heartlessly refused to send anyone out, saying it was the same issue as before. In the end, I had to call the AA and pay a high price for a lovely man who correctly identified the problem. This company left us stranded and didn't seem to care about our safety or welfare.

    Roadside assist and home recovery policy

    I was first interested in this company because of their roadside assistance and home recovery policy, but things took a turn for the worse pretty quickly. They told me one thing when I signed up, but then went back on their word and said I could only choose one service. When I actually needed home recovery instead of roadside assistance, they didn't stick to what they originally said. It's obvious I'll have to cancel my policy with them straight away.

    Breakdown assistance response

    My experience with Breakdown Assist was really disappointing. Back in June, I had a flat tyre and I called Breakdown Assist straight away for help. I had no idea it would turn into such a frustrating situation. I ended up calling them 5 times, even getting my wife involved, but I didn't get any response for over 3 hours. This lack of help left me stuck and feeling hopeless. In the end, I had to try and change the tyre myself, which ended up with my car jack breaking and causing damage to my vehicle. I had to go to the nearest garage for help, and not only did they assist me, but they also charged me a lot for their services. Overall, my experience with Breakdown Assist was a total nightmare and I would recommend avoiding their services to others.

    Puncture assistance at Bluewater

    The service was absolutely brilliant. I got a puncture on my way to Bluewater, so I gave them a ring for help. The recovery bloke showed up in just 20 minutes and sorted me out in no time at all. I can't fault their efficiency at all.

    I've been with Breakdown Assist as a customer for a good few years now. I've stuck with them because they've always been quick and reliable whenever I've needed help in the past. But, I have to say, my last encounter with them was a real letdown. When my car broke down, the service I got was really poor and not up to scratch. I ended up having to walk to a nearby garage where they were much more helpful. After that experience, I've made up my mind that I won't be using Breakdown Assist anymore.

    Flat tyre on Christmas Day

    I was driving back from a massive Christmas dinner when out of nowhere, I hit a pothole and got a flat tyre. So, I phoned this company, right, and they tell me I gotta cough up over £200 before they even think about coming out to help me! Can you believe it? And then, would you believe it took them more than 2 hours to actually send someone over, when there was another company nearer to me that could've got there much quicker. I mean, honestly, save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. Utter daylight robbery, if you ask me!

    Breakdown incident

    Our car broke down on the 29th of November, so we called customer services for assistance. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong size recovery vehicle, which meant we had to wait for hours until the correct one arrived. In the end, we had to hire a private contractor to help us, and now we're facing a bureaucratic nightmare trying to get our money back.

    Premium policy purchase

    I've just got myself a fancy new breakdown assistance policy, thinking it would cover me for any emergencies that might pop up. But when my car battery died and I needed a jump start, they asked for an extra £120 on top of what I'd already shelled out. I was under the impression that this would be included in the home start service I'd paid for.
