Parking Services
I had this really bad experience with a parking place recently. We had to wait for ages, like a whole hour, for our car to finally come back to the parking lot after our holiday. It was really scary as we thought someone might have stolen it! And just when we thought it couldn't get any worse, we received a parking ticket in the post when it should have been safe. It felt like a nightmare had actually become a reality, I swear!
Airport parking booking
I had a terrible experience with a transport service that I booked for an 8:00 am drop-off at Heathrow. They didn't show up, leaving me stranded. Not only did they not keep their promise, but they also made me out of pocket by more than two hundred pounds. Their business conduct is disgraceful, and I would warn others to stay away from this supposed "company." It's really disappointing to have such a bad experience, especially when travelling is already stressful. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this chaotic service.
Meet and Greet airport parking
Meeting and greeting airport parking feels like a bit of a joke if you ask me. I drove all the way over to drop my car off at the exit, and then had to fork out 5 quid for them to take it to some random field nearby. Had to trek back to the airport as though I was going for a hike or something. Then, when I returned from my trip, they made me wait a whole 45 minutes before bringing my car back to me! And get this - I had to dish out another 5 pounds just to exit the car park. Can you believe it? What a complete rip off! The person handling my car was probably pretending they were in some sort of racing game, speeding through the parking lot and slamming on the brakes upon their return. Absolutely dreadful, if you ask me.
Meet & Greet parking service at Bristol Airport
I recently used the meet & greet parking service at Bristol Airport, and to be honest, it was an absolute nightmare. When I got there, no one was around to tell me where to park or what to do next. I had to make several phone calls and wait for ages before someone finally turned up to take my car. The communication was terrible, which made everything way more stressful and frustrating than it needed to be. And after my flight, I had to wait forever for them to bring my car back to me. It was just so disorganised and inefficient. I emailed them my complaints, but I still haven't heard anything back. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this parking service to anyone.
Unclear information, unhelpful customer service, distant carpark
My experience with the parking service company was quite disappointing. Firstly, the website didn't clearly state how far the carpark was from the airport, which confused me since I actually live pretty close to the airport myself. This lack of information caused me inconvenience and unnecessary stress as a customer.
Secondly, when I reached out to the company for help, they instructed me to email them for a refund because of the situation with my upcoming travel. However, even though I followed their advice, I was later told that they couldn't process a refund because I had asked within 72 hours of my departure. This inconsistent and unhelpful customer service really left me with a bad impression, and I now regret dealing with this company.Lost my car at the parking lot
I went to this car park and I couldn't find my car when I came back. It was the worst thing ever. I searched everywhere but it wasn't there. I had to ask so many people for help and it was just a big mess. Imagine if I missed my flight because of this? I'm never going back there again.

Not great, everything ok during the drop off just waiting 15mins for driver,. except driver required £5 fee for parking gave her £10 never got the rest back. Then when we arrived, we tried to ring the number given for the pick up many many times, after like 20min someone answered the phone with horrible tone saying that she can't talk because she's driving and that driver will be probably 20mins. WAITED 1HOUR! then they parked my car on the one way road (opposite direction) so had to reverse back. Just horrible, please don't book with them. I paid for this horrible services, now if I would know I would rather take uber.

If only I could give less than one star:
Total scam, they charged extra to get the car in and out of the meeting point. I felt uneasy so tracked my car when I'd landed on hols and it was used as a taxi on the first day, which stopped after I threatened to call the police. They then took my car and parked it in the holiday inn, I've just received a £100 parking fine. Relieved to get my car back in one piece. I will be reporting them everywhere I can. Avoid like the plague!!
