Lost belongings/damaged car interior
I was really disappointed with my experience with this parking service at Bristol airport. When I got back, I found that my phone charger was missing and the net pockets on the back of the passenger seat were all torn up. I told the staff, but they didn't seem bothered at all. They didn't even look into it and just stopped replying to my messages. It's obvious that they don't want to take responsibility for what happened or care about their customers' stuff. I've reported it to the police and I hope others do the same if they've been through something similar.
It's shocking to see that they call themselves a 'Meet and Greet' service when they're really just being dishonest and dodgy. Other reviews show that this isn't a one-off thing. They've been known to use customers' cars, steal their things, mess up the inside, and leave the vehicles filthy. I wish I'd checked the reviews before I used them, and I strongly recommend that others steer clear of them too.Airport parking for my family holiday
I can't believe how terrible this airport parking service is! They went and broke my dad's car key, and they won't even bother to respond to our emails. And then when we arrived at the airport, they only gave us half of the key! It's been a whole month now, and still, no one has got back to us. They won't even let us know who's in charge! Our car came back so filthy, like it had gone through a rough time. How do they have the nerve to call themselves a global parking service?! It's so unprofessional. I'm absolutely fuming about this, it's causing us so many issues and could even lead to our car being stolen. I'll never make the mistake of booking with them again!

I used the meet and greet parking service from this company recently and I was really let down by the whole thing. I thought it would be easy and stress-free like they said, but it was a completely different story when I got to the airport. I recently booked a Meet & Greet parking service with this company for my trip. The reservation was made four months in advance, and I received confirmation via email along with a reference number. Unfortunately, upon arriving at Edinburgh Airport, the driver didn't show up for the Meet & Greet service. I tried contacting them through calls and emails, but received no response. This left us with no option but to park in the Terminal Building, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience before our flight. To add to the situation, when we returned, we had to pay £200 for parking. I am still waiting for an explanation and a refund from the company, which has been really disappointing and frustrating.
Parking services review
I had the worst time with this parking service. They just dumped my car in some random, unprotected field and then tried to sneak in extra charges without giving me a heads up. And when I asked about it, the driver got all rude and nasty to my wife. The way this company conducts itself is just appalling and not on. I wouldn't recommend letting them near your vehicle.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I booked a Meet & Greet service at this airport back in May, you know? So, I'm trying to call the number as I'm heading there, but oh my gosh, it just kept going to voicemail! Then, on my way back, I did some more digging and found out that I was scammed! Can you imagine? Thankfully, they didn't actually take my car, but still, it's pretty alarming! The only information I had was in this email, but there weren't any proper contact details. It's so worrying to think they could have just taken my car and who knows what else! I'll definitely be avoiding them in the future, total scam artists!

I had this really bad experience with a parking place recently. We had to wait for ages, like a whole hour, for our car to finally come back to the parking lot after our holiday. I had a terrible experience with a transport service that I booked for an 8:00 am drop-off at Heathrow. They didn't show up, leaving me stranded. Not only did they not keep their promise, but they also made me out of pocket by more than two hundred pounds. Their business conduct is disgraceful, and I would warn others to stay away from this supposed "company." Meeting and greeting airport parking feels like a bit of a joke if you ask me. I drove all the way over to drop my car off at the exit, and then had to fork out 5 quid for them to take it to some random field nearby. Had to trek back to the airport as though I was going for a hike or something. Then, when I returned from my trip, they made me wait a whole 45 minutes before bringing my car back to me! And get this - I had to dish out another 5 pounds just to exit the car park. Can you believe it? What a complete rip off! The person handling my car was probably pretending they were in some sort of racing game, speeding through the parking lot and slamming on the brakes upon their return. Absolutely dreadful, if you ask me.

I recently used the meet & greet parking service at Bristol Airport, and to be honest, it was an absolute nightmare. When I got there, no one was around to tell me where to park or what to do next. I had to make several phone calls and wait for ages before someone finally turned up to take my car. The communication was terrible, which made everything way more stressful and frustrating than it needed to be. And after my flight, I had to wait forever for them to bring my car back to me. It was just so disorganised and inefficient. I emailed them my complaints, but I still haven't heard anything back. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this parking service to anyone.

My experience with the parking service company was quite disappointing. Firstly, the website didn't clearly state how far the carpark was from the airport, which confused me since I actually live pretty close to the airport myself. This lack of information caused me inconvenience and unnecessary stress as a customer.
Secondly, when I reached out to the company for help, they instructed me to email them for a refund because of the situation with my upcoming travel. However, even though I followed their advice, I was later told that they couldn't process a refund because I had asked within 72 hours of my departure. I went to this car park and I couldn't find my car when I came back. It was the worst thing ever. I searched everywhere but it wasn't there. I had to ask so many people for help and it was just a big mess. Imagine if I missed my flight because of this? I'm never going back there again.

Not great, everything ok during the drop off just waiting 15mins for driver,. except driver required £5 fee for parking gave her £10 never got the rest back. Then when we arrived, we tried to ring the number given for the pick up many many times, after like 20min someone answered the phone with horrible tone saying that she can't talk because she's driving and that driver will be probably 20mins. WAITED 1HOUR! then they parked my car on the one way road (opposite direction) so had to reverse back. Just horrible, please don't book with them. I paid for this horrible services, now if I would know I would rather take uber.

Total scam, they charged extra to get the car in and out of the meeting point. I felt uneasy so tracked my car when I'd landed on hols and it was used as a taxi on the first day, which stopped after I threatened to call the police. They then took my car and parked it in the holiday inn, I've just received a £100 parking fine. Relieved to get my car back in one piece. I will be reporting them everywhere I can. Avoid like the plague!!
