Missing item
Recently, I bought some stuff from this shop and, unfortunately, the main thing I wanted was missing from my order. But, on the plus side, they chucked in a couple of free samples in the package. I got in touch with customer service about the issue and I have to say, they were really quick and helpful. They sent out the missing item right away, using next day delivery, which was definitely important as I needed it before my holiday. Big shout out to the top-notch customer service provided by the reps I spoke to, they were brilliant. All in all, my experience with the store was great, all thanks to them sorting out the missing item in a flash.
Satisfying shopping experience with Charlotte Tilbury
No matter how busy or tired I might be, I always take time to do my makeup and look beautiful. Months ago, in a picnic I went to, I heard a friend who was a model talking about how she was able to get the best set of makeup products. When I heard this, I was very curious to know what it was all about. I approached her and she was able to recommend Charlotte Tilbury to me. I kept the name in my head till I got home. I searched for them online and I was ready to make a buying decision. I got some eyebrow makeups, eyeliners, eye kits, mascaras and many more. I got them all affordable prices and now I am using them to change my look.
Recent lipstick purchase
My recent lipstick purchase was really good all thanks to the amazing customer support I got from Lucy S, one of the staff members. She wasn't just polite and helpful, but she also listened to my issue and gave me a solution that actually worked for me. I was really impressed by how professional she was and how she went out of her way to make sure I was happy. When I first got in touch with the team at the store, it wasn't a great experience as the advisor I spoke to still hasn't got back to me, but Lucy S totally made up for it with her fantastic service.
Customer Care Service
I recently had the pleasure of speaking to a lovely customer care team member called Valentina, and I have to say, her service was absolutely fantastic. She sorted out my problem with a missing item from my delivery quickly and with a real sense of professionalism. Valentina was fast to respond and really showed she understood the issue. It was great to know that my problem was being looked into properly and that it was being sorted out quickly. Overall, I was really happy with the service I got from Valentina.
Foundation and lipstick
I just wanted to share that I had a really great experience with the customer service team. Lucy S was absolutely amazing in helping me out. She picked up the phone quickly and explained things clearly, which doesn't always happen with customer service nowadays. On top of that, she sorted out my missing parcel problem by sending it out again promptly, and it actually arrived the next day. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Recent customer service experience
I wanted to share that I had a really good chat with someone who works at the shop the other day. I was asking about something I'd ordered but not got yet, and this lady, let's just say Jane, she was so helpful and quick at sorting it out. She looked into it straight away and gave me a speedy answer and solution, which I was really grateful for. Efficient and helpful customer service
I wanted to tell you about a little hiccup I had with my order and how I got it all sorted out. I got in touch with customer service for some help, and let me tell you, the lady I spoke to was an absolute star. She really knew her stuff and went out of her way to fix things up for me in no time. I was really impressed with how she handled everything and made sure I was happy with the outcome. It's not often you come across such amazing service, so it really made my day.
Lipstick and eyeshadow palette
I bought a lipstick and eyeshadow palette recently, and I have to say, the customer service was amazing. The staff sorted out a mistake I made in my order without any fuss. Pillow talk multi glow high lighter
I got the Pillow Talk Multi Glow Highlighter and it looked so gorgeous! Then it just fell apart in my makeup bag for absolutely no reason, can you believe it? I was really annoyed, but I posted a picture online and the customer service team were incredible. They sent me a replacement really fast and it totally cheered me up. It was like a miracle! Honestly, the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!
Multiple products
I recently bought a few things and they all came pretty quickly, like in 2-3 days. One of them was a bit broken when it arrived, but when I got in touch with customer service, they replaced it straight away, within 24 hours. I've always been happy with what I've bought and the great customer service they give.
Customer service experience
I had some great help from Natalia M and Valentina F, they were really helpful and went out of their way to assist me on two different occasions. They managed to find a solution to my issue and I was very impressed. The customer service at this store is honestly top-notch.
Make-up purchase with Jenna
I recently went to London to try out this new brand and ended up buying loads of products. Jenna was really helpful, she explained everything and showed me how to use them. She's definitely a star!

I received a replacement for my broken product from a lovely lady called Sephora M. She was incredibly helpful and ensured that I received my new product promptly. It was a fantastic experience, and I am pleased with the service I got.
Recent Promo Code Issue
I had a bit of a nightmare with a promo code and my item didn't turn up. So I joined a social media group chat to vent about it and someone suggested I message them directly. I did, and got a quick reply asking for more details to figure out what went wrong. After I gave them the info, they sorted it out in no time and my order was at my door the very next day.
Helpful, efficient, quick resolution
I recently had the pleasure of speaking to a really helpful person who went out of their way to help me with my issue. They were so efficient and professional, it was really impressive how quickly they sorted everything out. They were also really polite and attentive, making the whole experience a positive one. Online makeup purchase
The discount code I got was playing up when I tried to pay, but Sonia G from customer service really pulled out all the stops to sort it out sharpish. She not only sorted the code, but she also went the extra mile and got my order sent out quicker than I thought. Sonia was absolutely fantastic, and I'm over the moon with the service she gave.
Delivery Issue
I had a bit of trouble with my parcel delivery recently, but Dorsa was brilliant in sorting it out fast (nothing to do with CT, blame the delivery service). Despite that little blip, I've always been a happy customer of this brand because of their great products and service.
Makeup products, next day delivery
I bought some makeup products recently and opted for next day delivery. Unfortunately, I was let down when they didn't arrive until 4 days later. But when I got in touch with customer service, they were really helpful and sorted out the problem quickly. Despite the delay, I had a good experience overall, all thanks to the fantastic customer service from the team.
