I was really pleased with how fast my order was dealt with and sent out. I got my Travel Kit in under a day, which was really good. The kit had loads of stuff in it - 14 items for £42, so about £3 each, which is decent value. The items were really good quality, although I wasn't keen on the two hair care things. However, they'll be perfect for giving away in beauty boxes at Christmas. All in all, I was really happy with my order and the service from Cult Beauty was great.

I really love how easy it is to use their click and collect service, it just makes picking up my deliveries so much simpler. Returns form delay
I am so frustrated with the customer service I've been getting from this company. I've been waiting forever for a returns form to be emailed to me, and every time I try to get help through the chat, I just keep going round in circles with no results. I'm at my wits' end and I just need someone to actually read my messages and send me the form so I can sort out my return. The service I've had has been really bad, and this whole experience has been awful.
