Oh, my days, I just did my first ever testing and it was such a great experience! The customer service was absolutely fantastic, they didn't waste any time in answering my questions. Plus, you get to personalise your own test with all these amazing extras, it's completely bespoke. I decided not to go to my usual spot after this! The ordering process was a piece of cake and they even offer payment instalments with Klarna if you need them. The App is really convenient, you can track when they receive your sample and view your results, all in one spot. Remember to fill in all your details accurately for precise results! I visited a clinic for my blood sample and they were brilliant. The results came back so quickly, on the same day! And they're really easy to interpret. I'll definitely be sticking with this place, my previous lab doesn't stand a chance!

The service I got from Fourthwithlife was super quick and efficient. Got my results in no time, and was happy to see everything was all good. Although, I did run into a little issue when I was doing the blood sample. The instructions said to fill a vial up to the "600" line, which seemed pretty tough since there were only three finger-pr*ck lancets. It was clear that something was wrong with the packaging. Even after following the hydration tips, there was no way I could get enough blood with those lancets. In a weird twist, I had to use a scalpel blade and mole grips to draw enough blood. It was a messy job, but I got a good enough sample before it started to clot.
