Hi everyone, so this is actually the third time I've ordered from this company and I must say, everything has been pretty great so far! This company is a massive let down for me. I placed an order and it took ages to arrive. When it eventually did, some of the items were squashed. Lindor chocolates
I was really looking forward to enjoying these Lindor chocolates, but when they arrived, I was really disappointed. The picture made it seem like the packet would be huge, but it was actually tiny and only had 3 chocolates inside! What a let down! Also, I don't understand why they used so much cardboard for the delivery. When it arrived, there were 4 boxes inside the main box - such a waste of materials!

They didn't send me everything I paid for, and when I got in touch with their customer service team, they weren't much help at all. In fact, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. I had to get a bit tough and mention legal action before they finally gave me my money back. It was really frustrating and not on at all.
