Advent selection
Oh my gosh, these chocolates are just incredible! I got the advent selection for my brother and his family, and they were absolutely amazed! I mean, my brother is a massive chocolate lover, and even he was really impressed. The flavours are so different, the packaging is adorable, and they taste like absolute bliss. It's also great that they're all ethical and locally made, which is really important these days. And the fact that they've won awards just goes to show how fantastic they are! I really wish I had a chocolate cafe close by because I'd be there every single day. I've told all my friends about them, and now they're all hooked too. Definitely a five-star experience every time!
Lots of chocolates
Oh my goodness, I went to this chocolate place and it was really crowded and loud! It was impossible to have a private conversation with my best friend because the tables were so close together. Plus, the staff were making so much noise it sounded like a blacksmith's shop! On top of that, there was only one toilet for everyone, so there was always a line of people waiting. The coffee was alright, but the service was really slow. They didn't have many savory options, which was disappointing for me. I don't think I'd go back, it was just too crowded and noisy!
Dark chocolate and salted caramel hot chocolates with ice cream scoop
I've been to this place loads of times and honestly, their chocolates and hot chocolates are just amazing. Yeah, they're a bit pricey but the quality and taste totally make up for it. I'm a big fan of the darker hot chocolates, like the 80% cocoa, with a bit of salted caramel - it's a delicious combo. And they always throw in a little bit of chocolate on the side, which I think is a nice touch.
Now, my wife, she likes to take it up a notch by adding a scoop of their ice cream to her hot chocolate. It's like a super indulgent treat.Hot chocolate and artisan chocolates
This place has become my favourite spot for treating myself to some delicious chocolates and the best hot chocolates. They have a wide range of artisan chocolates to choose from, and I really like that they focus on ethical sourcing and high-quality ingredients. The hot chocolates are a real luxury, especially because you can customise the cocoa percentage to suit your taste. The King Alfred chocolates in Winchester are a lovely and special addition to their selection. While the chocolates may be a bit pricey, I believe the exceptional quality makes it worth it.
Chocs amazing but box not fit letterbox
I really enjoyed the chocolates, they were so tasty, but the box they came in was too big to fit through the letterbox. I had to make the trip to the sorting office to pick them up because I'm at school all day. I ordered a 3 month supply and now I'm worried the same thing will happen next month. I might not order again if it does.
Chocolate egg purchase
The chocolate egg I bought was absolutely delicious! The chocolate was top-notch and truly some of the best I've ever had. However, I was a bit gutted when my egg turned up all smashed. I got in touch with customer service, and they were really quick to reply and gave me a full refund, which was a nice surprise. Even though there was a problem with the delivery, I still had a great overall experience and will definitely think about buying from them again.
Chocolate Easter eggs
As someone who loves good quality chocolate, I have to admit that the Easter eggs I bought from this place were really not up to scratch. The chocolate left a weird taste in my mouth and I was really let down by the whole thing. I only got them because they were recommended on TV and by others, but they just weren't as good as I was hoping. I got two eggs for my friends and one for me, and now I feel like I'll have to say sorry to them for the disappointing product.

We were really impressed with the service we got from this company. The Honeycombe Easter Egg we bought was absolutely delicious and made for a lovely Easter treat. Even though there was a delivery issue that wasn't their fault, the team at this company did everything they could to fix it quickly and professionally. I've never left a review on Trustpilot before, but I have to say, it definitely deserves a solid 5-star rating from me.

I've just received a huge box of chocolates and a chocolate orange brownie in the post - I wish they were more delicious. They were alright, but nothing amazing. I was a bit disappointed that the big box contained yucky alcoholic chocolates. Why can't they make a big box with only non-alcoholic ones? The brownie was far too soft, it felt like it wasn't cooked properly. Some parts were tasty, while others were not so great. 🍫
2 Easter eggs
Recently, I ordered 2 Easter eggs on sale from this company. Both eggs arrived in perfect condition and tasted amazing. The honeycomb milk chocolate egg was rich and indulgent, while the Dino milk chocolate egg was a fun and whimsical treat. I was really impressed with the quality of the chocolate and how well the eggs were packaged for delivery. I will definitely be ordering from this company again in the future.

Monthly chocolate subscription
I was initially really excited about getting a monthly chocolate subscription, but it soon turned into a bit of a letdown. The first box was okay, but as time went on, it became clear that there wasn't much variety. It was the same old boring selection with hardly any changes, which left me feeling pretty underwhelmed and not very excited for each new delivery.
Christmas chocolate box
I agree with another customer who recently reviewed the Christmas chocolate box I bought. There were lots of chocolates to choose from but they didn't have much information about each one, so it was hard to tell them apart. Even though I like dark chocolate, the flavours were a bit dull and all tasted the same, which was disappointing. Considering how expensive it was, I was hoping for a better selection. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be buying from this shop again.
Easter egg for partner
I just had to share this with you guys - I came across these amazing Easter eggs decorated with starfish and turtles and I immediately thought my partner would absolutely love them. So, I went ahead and ordered them. But, you won't believe what happened next - when he finally opened the package, the eggs were completely smashed! I checked the packaging and it looked fine, so it must have happened before it was even sent out. I'm so disappointed because I spent £15 on those eggs plus over a fiver for delivery. What a shame! 😭
Cashless payments only
It's such a shame that this place has decided to go cashless. I've been coming here for years and now I've got to go elsewhere to sort out my sweet tooth. And it's not just me - loads of other people are feeling the same way. How do they expect those without bank cards to pay? It's a massive oversight and a right pain.
Limited edition box
I had to share, I recently got my hands on the limited edition box and it was absolutely amazing! The quality, packaging, flavours, and presentation were top-notch. I even requested a substitution and they were super helpful. My personal faves were the cherry bakewell and champagne fizz. It felt like such a luxurious treat! Plus, delivery was right on schedule. These chocolates are really something special.
Selection box of chocolates and brownies
I was a bit disappointed by the delivery from Royal Mail, and I find that the chocolates can be hit or miss. The brownies, on the other hand, are absolutely delicious but they are quite rich. They're a bit on the expensive side, but I think they're worth it as a special treat or a gift.
Artisan chocolates
I was really disappointed in the artisan chocolates I bought. The packaging looked fancy and expensive, but the flavours inside didn't match up with the descriptions. It was impossible to tell what you were going to taste. It's a shame because the company boasts about having a wide range of flavours. The actual tastes were not impressive, especially considering how much I paid for them. I usually don't expect much from food, but this time I was really disappointed. Also, the fact that they use a review platform on their website that I'm not keen on doesn't make me trust their product or service any more.
