Amazing

I recently bought some Wagyu steaks from this special food shop and I have to say I'm really pleased with my experience. I don't usually leave reviews, but I just had to share my positive experience after seeing a few negative comments. I placed 2 orders after hearing about the company from a popular YouTube channel, and I have to admit I was pretty impressed. One of my orders had a few issues, but Tom from customer service was absolutely fantastic. He got back to me quickly and sorted everything out straight away. The packaging was really good, making sure that my steaks arrived fresh and in perfect condition. The quality of the products was even better than I expected, and the pricing was fair. I noticed some people were complaining that the Wagyu steaks were a bit under the advertised weight, but when I weighed mine, it was actually a bit over. I know that there can be slight variations when dealing with hand-cut products, and it didn't bother me at all. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Oh my goodness, the bone marrow butter I got from that online store is absolutely amazing! The flavour is incredible and it really took our family roast beef dinner to the next level. The steak was incredibly moist and tender, it was a real treat for my taste buds. Ordering it online was a breeze and the delivery was surprisingly quick! The products arrived frozen, so they were still nice and fresh by the time they reached my home in Liverpool. I'm definitely going to try some Wagyu next time because I reckon it'll be delicious!
Veal brains
My mum and I ended up getting sick after eating veal brains from that place. They were frozen, and cooking them didn't fix it! The customer service was kind enough to give us a coupon for next time, but we still lost £50!

Courgette flower purchase
The courgette flowers I bought were brilliant! I've been looking everywhere for them and at last found them on Fine Food Specialist. The quality was outstanding and it took my cooking to a whole new level. The service was spot on too. There was a bit of a problem with the delivery, as DPD didn't manage to deliver at first, which left me feeling annoyed and worried about my fresh food. However, after getting in touch with Fine Food Specialist, they sorted it out with DPD and the driver returned later in the day, saving the day.
Wagyu Beef
The wagyu beef I got from here was absolutely top-notch. The marbling was beautiful, and the taste was like nothing else - just melt-in-your-mouth good. I really appreciated the effort they put into the packaging to make sure the beef stayed fresh and well-protected during delivery. Prime Fresh Meat Delivery
I'm a customer of Fine Food Specialist, and I have to say, I was really blown away by the quality of their products. The fresh meat I got was top-notch and actually better than I expected. The customer service was outstanding too, they went out of their way to make sure my order made it to me all the way up in the far north of Shetland. I was really impressed by how dedicated and professional the team was.
Handmade Terrine of Duck Foie Gras
I've been a frequent customer at this company and I've always been happy with the quality of their products. However, the last time I bought the Handmade Terrine of Duck Foie Gras, it ended up giving me and my family food poisoning, even though we followed all the instructions for storage and consumption. We emailed customer service twice to report this serious problem, but unfortunately, we didn't get any response. It's worrying that there doesn't seem to have been any investigation to make sure other foie gras terrines are safe. The fact that they don't seem to care about customer health and safety is really disappointing. So, we've decided not to order from them anymore.
Edible flowers for cake decoration
I ordered some edible flowers to decorate a cake but they never arrived, even though I paid extra for weekend delivery. It turns out the driver never rang the doorbell during the delivery time, and I couldn't get through to customer services by email or phone. I ended up having to open a fraud case with Paypal to sort it out. It's annoying that a company that prides itself on being a specialist in fine foods would give such poor service.
Tasty snacks
The snacks I got were really delicious! I've been buying from them for ages and I always enjoy their products. The only downside is having to pay for delivery no matter what you buy. It's a bit expensive but definitely worth it for the tasty snacks.
Charcoal BBQ purchase
I recently bought a charcoal BBQ online in the hope of making those delicious Yakinaki dishes at home. However, when it arrived, I realised it was too small for the Japanese coal I had bought. Trying to start a fire inside would have been a disaster, so I ended up buying another BBQ kettle to make it work. I tried to return the item because of its impracticality, but I waited for 3 weeks with no response on what to do next. When I tried to clean the BBQ, it fell apart completely because it wasn't ceramic as I thought, but fragile potters clay. It's been more than 2 weeks since I asked for a return or refund, but I haven't heard anything back yet. The customer service and returns policy is really bad, and I'm very disappointed with my whole experience with the company.
Truffle oil and caviar purchase
I just wanted to say that the truffle oil and caviar I got from here were top-notch! They tasted so amazing, like literally sent from above. The truffle oil had this deep, earthy taste that made all my dishes pop, and the caviar was just so fresh and luxurious. I was seriously blown away by how good everything was.
Fresh food delivery
I recently gave that place a go and ordered some fresh food, but it was a total disaster. The burrata I got was off, the sorbet turned up way too soon and ended up in the bin, and their customer service was shocking. When I moaned about it, they wouldn't admit fault or suggest any fix. Needless to say, I won't be returning for more.
Wagyu beef purchase
Being able to order A5 Wagyu beef and other high-quality delicacies from this company is absolutely fantastic. It's incredible to live in a time where we can have such top-notch ingredients delivered straight to our door, all neatly packaged and ready to go. I've never had any problems with my orders, and the quality of the products is on par with what you'd find in the best restaurants.
Jersey Royal potatoes
I've had a few good experiences buying stuff from this shop before. But the other day I bought two little bags of Jersey Royal potatoes and they were a let-down. I paid £20 thinking they'd be top-notch, but when I went to cook them the next day, they were all rotten. I got in touch with customer service, sending them snaps of the bad spuds, but they didn't seem bothered. Instead of offering me a refund or new potatoes, all they did was give me 10% off my next buy. I thought that was a rubbish way to treat a customer, so I won't be shopping there again.
High-quality products
The customer service here is absolutely brilliant! I ordered too much of one thing by mistake, but when I got in touch with them, they refunded me on the same day. That's what I call fantastic customer service. And not only that, the products they sell are top-notch. I've shopped here more than once and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
