    Quick delivery and good selection

    I recently placed an order from this service and I was happy with the variety of options available and how fast my order came. But, I was let down by the customer service I got. The person I dealt with was not very helpful or friendly, which didn't sit well with me. I think being polite and showing respect to customers is key to great customer service, and that was missing in this instance. Even though I've been a regular customer for a while now, I'm thinking about looking for another service because of this bad experience.

    The delivery was really fast and efficient. They kept me updated on how my order was going all the way through. When everything arrived, it was in top-notch condition and I was impressed by how quickly it got to me. I hadn't used this service before, but I'll definitely be using it again.     I'm really disappointed with this app as I've received things that are expired and not up to standard more than once. The produce was terrible, had mouldy fruits and veggies, and even rotten meat was sent to me. I tried talking to customer service about it, but they were not very helpful and didn't take responsibility. It's just not on for them to keep sending out expired stuff without any checks. And on top of that, they messed up a contest prize I won, which made my experience even worse. My advice is to stick to shopping in actual stores where you can be sure of the quality and freshness of what you're getting.

    I ordered a £5 mystery bag and boy, was I let down. The stuff I got was all old and inedible, and it just left a bad taste in my mouth.     I've been a loyal customer of this service since it started, but lately, things have taken a turn for the worse. The delivery is now being handled by third-party companies such as Uber, and the drivers they send are really not up to scratch. On top of that, the customer service is practically non-existent - they never put you through to a real person, just a useless bot. It's frustrating and really eats into your time. The delivery times have also shot up, sometimes taking more than an hour to get your order. And to make matters even worse, they've scrapped the point rewards! It's really disheartening to see how this company has changed so much for the worse.

    It is so annoying when a company suddenly blacklists your address without any explanation. I don't understand how changing it to a house just across the road miraculously fixes everything. What is going on with this company? And then when I contacted their support team for assistance, all I got was unhelpful, generic responses that didn't help at all. Seriously, they should at least act like they care about their customers' issues! It's disappointing that a service that could have been really useful has been ruined by their unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility.

    I wasn't very happy with my most recent order from this delivery service. It turned up three hours late, which was really frustrating. When I called up to ask about the delay, they said I'd get a store credit as a nice gesture. But when I tried to use it on my next order, they told me it wasn't valid and I had to pay full price. To make things worse, the person I spoke to about the credit didn't say anything about any restrictions when they gave it to me.

    I was really let down by the delivery service. I ordered a few things that never arrived, and when I tried to get a refund through their website, they asked for photos of the missing items. How can I take photos of things that never showed up? It was such a hassle, and I never got the refund I was told I would. Also, not being able to talk to a real person for help made it even more annoying. So, I won't be using this delivery service again.

    We ordered some party supplies for an event, but sadly, we never got our delivery. We needed them on time for a crucial party, but it seems there was a mix-up with the address. Despite the fact that the correct address wasn't far away, they refused to deliver it there and still expected us to pay for a service we never got.
