Delicious eco-friendly coffee pods
Oh my gosh, I absolutely love this coffee brand! The coffee not only tastes incredible, but they also have a real commitment to taking care of the planet and our oceans. It's really impressive that they've become a Certified B company, and I think they deserve a lot of credit for that. Their carbon-neutral shipping, plastic-free packaging, and compostable coffee pods show how much they value the environment. And how amazing is it that for every pod they sell, they remove two pods worth of plastic from the oceans?! It makes me feel like a superhero every time I enjoy a cup of their coffee, knowing that I'm making a difference for our planet. If you're looking for delicious coffee that's also environmentally friendly, this brand is the one for you!

Don't like my orders coming in late so I used their business delivery service and I can affirm that's worth it.
Their machine grinds coffee beans to perfection.
The coffees they make are good too and original as they can be.

Well, I have to admit, I was actually really impressed with the service from Grind. I bought a coffee machine and frother from them, which worked perfectly for quite a long time. Unfortunately, the frother stopped working after less than 2 years. I was a bit disappointed because I was hoping they could repair it, but surprisingly, they didn't have any in stock to fix it. Instead of leaving me in a tough spot, they simply gave me a refund without me even having to ask. That's what I call fantastic service! It goes without saying, I am now a loyal customer and will definitely be coming back for more of their products in the future.
eco-friendly coffee pods
I found this eco-friendly coffee brand a couple of months back and I've been loving it ever since. What caught my eye in the beginning was the fact that they sell biodegradable coffee pods. I've been avoiding pod coffee machines because of the plastic waste they create. With Grind's eco-friendly pods, I can enjoy my daily coffee without feeling guilty. The coffee itself is really amazing, with a strong and bold flavour that always hits the spot. I'm so happy to be able to have tasty coffee whenever I want without causing harm to the environment.
Coffee for canal boat
I recently bought some coffee from this place and it was such a great experience all round. The staff were really nice and knew their stuff, giving top customer service all the way. The products were even better than I expected and the coffee tasted just right. I was so impressed that I'm thinking about getting a new coffee machine for my home to match the quality I had on the canal boat. Overall, it was a brilliant experience that I definitely recommend.
Caramel flavoured coffee and iced coffee tins
I've been buying these coffee pods for ages now, and honestly, they are fantastic! The caramel flavour is like a little piece of heaven in a cup, and the iced coffee tins are just so cool. I only tried them recently, and wow, they are absolutely delicious. Also, knowing they are biodegradable and compostable makes me feel like I'm doing my bit for the planet while enjoying my coffee. Thank you for creating such incredible products!
Iced flat white with watery and thin taste
The service at that place was amazing, absolute top quality. The staff were so friendly and efficient, really made my visit a great one. However, I have to say I was a bit let down by the coffee I got. I usually go for a strong, flavoursome brew, but the iced flat white I got was way too watery and light. It just didn't have the bold flavour I was hoping for, ended up tasting more like a Hong Kong milk tea than a proper espresso drink. It's a shame because that one aspect really disappointed me and left me feeling unsatisfied with my order.
Subscription coffee purchase
I had a great time dealing with the customer service team at this coffee company. I forgot to cancel my subscription, but Lina emailed me straight away and was really polite and helpful. She sorted out a refund for me quickly once I sent the coffee back. I was really impressed with how efficient and friendly she was the whole time. I'd definitely tell others to use this company. Thanks for showing me that there are still honest companies out there with integrity.
Compostable coffee pods
The coffee pods are really good value for money with their compostable packaging, and the quick delivery and service were spot on. However, I wasn't too keen on the flavour of the coffee itself. It just didn't have that strong, rich taste I was expecting. Bit of a shame, really. But I might still buy them again in the future because they're eco-friendly and reasonably priced compared to other brands out there.
Replacement order
I really love this company and their coffee! I've been a loyal customer for quite some time now and always get excellent service. The other day, I had a problem with a delivery - the postal service didn't deliver my order. I contacted them about it and they quickly solved the issue by sending me a replacement order, no fuss at all. The customer service I received has only made me even more loyal to this company!

The mixed box of iced coffees that I ordered was really yummy. Each flavour had its own special taste and it was so nice and refreshing, especially on a hot day. The packaging was also really handy and the delivery came right on schedule. I'll definitely be getting this again sometime.
Coffee subscription, delicious and reasonable prices
I've been a loyal customer of this coffee subscription service for years, and I have to say, their coffee is really good quality and not too expensive. The subscription service makes it really easy for me to always have my favourite coffee without running out. Recently, I've also started getting their new iced coffee cans, and they are a nice treat when it's hot outside.

Okay, so, the delivery service is always spot on and the coffee is always well packaged. They've got loads of different types of coffee, which is pretty cool, you know? I'm thinking of trying the iced tin coffee when the weather improves. I think everyone should give it a try, it's really good.
Hello Kitty collaboration coffee
I'd been wanting to try this coffee for ages, and finally took the plunge to get the Hello Kitty collaboration. When it arrived, it was gorgeously packaged, and let me tell you, it definitely lived up to the hype! The coffee itself was just spot-on, the tastiest ground coffee I've ever had. I'm now a happy subscriber to their monthly service.
Online order, delivery issue
I had a bit of an issue with the delivery service this company uses. My package was late, but when I got in touch with customer service, they were quick to reply and sent out a new package without any trouble. It was really good to see that they took my problem seriously and sorted it out quickly. Even though there was a little blip at the start, I'm grateful for the great customer service they gave me.
6-pack mix-up
I thought I was gonna get a mix of 6 flavours, but I only got one in the end, which was really annoying! I was proper excited about trying them all. And to make matters worse, the iced americano I ordered was absolutely dreadful. I tried to pass it around to my mates, but no one else liked it either. What a complete letdown!
Subscription not worth it
I liked the coffee pods and the fact that they are eco-friendly enough to be composted at home. But, I was kind of let down when I discovered that buying the pods individually at a nearby store is actually cheaper. I wanted to sign up for a subscription for the sake of convenience, but it just didn't add up cost-wise. Subscribing doesn't seem worth it when there's a better offer elsewhere. Still, I'll keep buying the pods, just from the store instead.
The coffee I got
The coffee I had was really good. I started with the house blend, which was amazing, but then I tried the Rwandan blend and it was even better! This place has the best coffee I've ever tasted, and I've tried a lot. Definitely deserves a 5-star rating.
