I recently bought a small home brewing kit from this company and I have to say, using this brewing method is really easy. The Pinter that comes with it is a great idea, as it allows for a fresh batch of beer to be ready in the fridge as soon as the previous one is finished. The customer service I received from Tinuke and the rest of the team went above and beyond what I expected. I asked for help on the company's forum, thinking I'd hear from other users. But to my surprise, Tinuke got back to me within hours with a solution to my "unusual" situation. The service and support I got were exceptional.

It is much simpler than the traditional methods involving carboys, bottles, cooking, and extensive cleaning supplies. The concept of brewing beer in a single container is fantastic.
Genius home brewing kit
This home brewing kit is just brilliant, it really makes the whole brewing process so much easier. It might not be the cheapest option per pint when you consider the barrel cost, but the ease of use and clever design make it worth every penny. Setting up a brew is straightforward and the barrel is a breeze to clean. It's also a nice way to get a bit of light exercise while you work on your brew. I especially like using the leftover yeast to bake bread, and I'm hoping to one day master homemade pretzels to go with my brew. I definitely think this kit was a good investment.
Homebrewing Pinter for 6 months
I've been brewing my own beer with my Pinter for around six months now and it's been a blast! The beer tastes amazing, much better than my previous attempts. Unfortunately, I had an issue with one of the taps leaking recently, so I reached out to customer support. They were really quick to respond and sent me a replacement tap without any delay. I gotta say, the beer making kit I bought is absolutely brilliant! It does exactly what it promises - produces the perfect beer without fail. I recently received a Pinter and it arrived quite promptly. It looks really classy and sleek, but the box was missing some yeast. After reaching out to customer service, they promptly sent me some extra yeast. Gillian was very helpful and I'm excited to test out the Pinter and brew some beer. Hopefully, the beer tastes as good as their customer service was!

The Pinter I bought came with everything I needed and was really easy to use. I was chuffed with it, so I decided to get a Co-Pinter and a different beer too. I also had to get in touch with customer service about a problem with my membership, and they were really helpful and got everything sorted out for me.
Beer purchase
I've been a bit disappointed with Pinter lately. Ever since they changed how they make their beer towards the end of last year, things just haven't been the same. The taste of their beer has definitely gone downhill, almost like they've changed the type of malt they use - everything tastes a bit too similar now, and watered down too. Plus, the alcohol levels don't seem to match what they say they are, and it's harder to find their beer in the UK since they started selling in the US. It feels like they're not really listening to feedback either - people in the community aren't being heard, they just get kicked out. And to top it off, the prices have gone up a bit too much. I reckon I can get better value for my money from a more premium brand. Pinter's quality has really declined since around August last year, it might be time for me to start looking for a new favourite.

Cider tap and customer service
So, I bought a cider tap and it just wasn't working right. I only managed to have a couple of pints of my really tasty cider before it packed up. But, when I got in touch with customer service, they were amazing! They sorted out the issue, sent me a new tap, and even replaced my cider. Charlie was absolutely fantastic, so helpful and friendly.
