Premium quality seafood
I've been a loyal customer of the Fish Society for over a year now, and I have to say, their seafood is top-notch. Lobster purchase
I was really impressed with how well my order was packaged and delivered by this company. The communication was clear and my items arrived promptly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pre-cooked frozen Canadian lobster - it was too salty and lacked texture and flavour. I think buying live or raw lobsters might give a better dining experience. The thermidor style lobster was a bit better but still too salty for my liking. I haven't tried the smoked salmon yet, but I hope it's good.<br><br>One thing that put me off ordering again was the excessive use of plastic and disposable materials in the packaging to keep the fish frozen during delivery. The cardboard box is recyclable, but the netting, bubble wrap, plastic straps, and freezing blocks seemed unnecessary and wasteful.

I bought the Tub of Canadian Lobster meat from The Fish Society not too long ago. I must say, I was really disappointed with it. The meat was so wet and tasteless, nothing like the amazing seafood I've had from them before. It was a real let down and left me feeling quite disappointed with the whole thing.

I run a restaurant that fish is on high demand for consumption by customers. The need to meet the high demand was a challenge as sometimes customers got disappointed due to shortage of fish. It was a challenge I had to face and bring a solution to it. That pushed me into searching for a more reliable fish supplier and must be who can also supply different types of fishes, that until I discovered The Fish Society who.by official statement claimed to have such capacity. That was a big relief to me and my restaurant business and till date, it is still a big relief because The Fish Society has been able to sufficiently supply the fish demand. I respect The Fish Society for their ability to supply fish.

I recently bought a selection of ready-made meals from this place - lobster thermidor, lobster bisque, kung pao, and green curry. Gotta admit, I was really impressed by how simple they were to cook and how delicious the flavours turned out to be. You could definitely taste the quality of the ingredients in each dish, and I thought they were fantastic value for money. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
Seafood order
I fancied ordering some delicious seafood from this website, but they made a right mess of my delivery address and didn't even let me know that my parcel was nearby for collection. And to top it off, they completely ignored my email when I tried to find out about their company policy. Their customer service is shocking and now I'm £70 out of pocket. I'm gutted.

Fish purchase
I recently ordered some fish from this fish place that I usually like, but sometimes the delivery isn't great. For example, one time they didn't even bother to knock on the door when we were eagerly waiting for our fish! Then, another time, the crab was all smashed and the bits of shell were mixed in with the meat. It was really disappointing. What's the use of having good fish if the delivery ruins it? I recently ordered a bunch of fish from an online shop, but unfortunately, when the delivery guy left my parcel on the doorstep, it got stolen! The following day, I contacted the shop, but they were not willing to assist me. I had to involve PayPal to get a refund. The customer service lady I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful, and she just kept trying to blame me for the issue. My advice would be to steer clear of this place!

I suggest finding somewhere else to get your seafood from.
Fresh fish delivery
I recently ordered some fresh fish from this company and I have to say, I was really let down by the quality of what I got. The fish turned up in a box that was all wet, and some of it was only half thawed, which meant it wasn't safe to eat. I got in touch with the company to let them know about the problem, but the response I got back from one of their spokespersons was just shocking. They tried to tell me that the fish was fine to eat and I could just stick it back in the freezer! That kind of attitude is not only useless but also totally unprofessional.
Christmas delivery order
I placed an order about a week before Christmas, hoping it would arrive on time. But, it didn't show up when expected. All I got was a simple "sorry" message. So, I had to quickly find another gift, which was really annoying. I won't be buying from them again.
