Travel insurance purchase
When I was sorting out my flights and hotel for my next trip, it hit me how crucial it is to have the proper travel insurance. I found a site that let me easily look for the right cover. The website was so easy to use, and I quickly found the ideal policy for my trip. I was really impressed by the variety of choices and how clear the info was. All in all, it was a smooth and stress-free process that left me feeling reassured for my upcoming travels.
Claim experience
I had a really bad time with this company when I had to make a claim. They sent me to another company called Global Response, who took forever to get back to me and just kept asking for the same information repeatedly. When I got in touch with Insurewithease to tell them how frustrated I was, they said they couldn't do anything to help with the claim. Dealing with both companies was an absolute nightmare and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
Short-term travel insurance
I bought some travel insurance for my trip not long ago. I got it just in case something went wrong. Sadly, I had to come back early because of a family emergency, so I wanted to see if I could cancel my policy and get some of my money back. But when I phoned customer service, the person I spoke to just said 'no' straight away, without even explaining why or trying to help. It was really disappointing how unhelpful and unsympathetic they were.

We are travel agency. Cruise and single trip insurance mostly used by us ,all through Insurancewthease . Now adding their Ski Insurance as we have added some activity.
No change in Insurance company for last six years.
You can trust them.I would stay clear of insurewithease.
Their insurance policy doesn’t cover cancellation of flights and holidays. Even though the airline and tour operator had cancelled the holiday. The Foreign & Commonwealth Office also advised not to travel abroad.
If they are not prepared to pay under all of those circumstances then what chance do you have of being paid for any other scenario.
