Cheapest Quote, Smooth Process, Licence Check Code
I recently got a quote from this company, and I have to say it was the most affordable one I got. The whole process went pretty well, the only issue was when they asked for a licence check code. I hadn't been asked for that before so I was a bit puzzled, but after a brief explanation, everything was sorted out quickly. The customer service team knew their stuff and guided me through the process smoothly. I would definitely think about using their services again in the future.

I was told I would receive a cheque refund for some of my policy renewal, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't got it. It's frustrating to be told they'll credit me eventually when they promised sooner. They should just take it off the premium or I'll go somewhere else for my business!

Akeel not only sorted out my one-time payment but also cancelled the credit agreement that the website had sneakily set up. He took the time to walk me through the next steps and made sure I knew there wouldn't be any sneaky auto-renewal next year. Instead, I'll get a renewal quote 21 days before my policy ends. This kind of transparency and great customer service was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies who just go ahead and renew without asking. All in all, I got exactly what I needed with a friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the line.

Insurance Claim Dispute
I had a bit of a disagreement with my insurance company not too long ago, and it really left me feeling fed up and let down. I'd been with them for ages, but when it came time to claim on my policy, it felt like they were doing everything they could to wriggle out of it. The whole thing dragged on for months, and it seemed like they were just trying to grind me down until I gave in. Even when it was obvious that my claim was valid, they managed to find all sorts of ways to stall and reject it. The way they handled everything was so shady and unfair, it left a bad taste in my mouth. In the end, I decided to bin off my policy and take my complaint to the legal ombudsman.
