    I recently used car hire excess insurance from this company and it was a real life-saver. Luckily, I had bought the excess insurance from this company which covered the costs no problem. The claims portal had a few initial teething issues, but once I got in, everything went smoothly. All in all, my experience was brilliant and I would definitely recommend their car hire excess insurance.

    I'm really angry with the service I got from this company. I made it clear that I didn't want European insurance as I was in New Zealand, but they still charged me. It was a nightmare getting my money back, with lots of emails and phone calls. The only good thing is they did eventually refund me. But it was so stressful and unnecessary.

    Premier cover purchase

    My experience with the top-tier cover from this company was awful. They only allowed one claim at a time, and the customer service reps I spoke to were useless. The whole claims process was slow and annoying. I kept getting cut off on the phone, and it took weeks just to submit my claim. I picked this cover because it was highly rated, but now I wish I hadn't. I would recommend avoiding this company completely.

    I've been waiting for some progress on my purchase since January 31st. I've contacted customer service twice this week and they promised to call me back by the end of the day, but I'm still waiting for any updates.     I had to have emergency surgery while on holiday and when I tried to make an insurance claim, they were useless. My son had emergency surgery while we were on holiday and it was really frightening. We tried to claim on the insurance 4 months ago but they haven't been in touch at all. I've sent them numerous emails and spent hours on hold listening to dreadful music when I called, but we still haven't received any assistance. I would recommend avoiding this company and finding better insurance instead.

    Cancelled cruise claim

    I was really let down by this company recently. My cruise got cancelled because of missiles in the Red Sea, so I wanted to claim back the money I spent on my flight to Rome to catch the cruise. But they said no because of some sneaky small print that I didn't even know about. Not only was it annoying to be turned down, but I also wasted hours trying to figure out their complicated paperwork, waiting forever on hold, and struggling to understand what their customer service reps were even saying. I've been a loyal customer for ages, so I'm really disappointed with how they handled my claim. I'd suggest avoiding them in the future.

    Travel insurance claim experience

    I had a bit of a tough time dealing with my travel insurance claim. I had to cancel my trip because of an injury, and I sent in all the necessary paperwork. But because the cancellation letter from the travel company wasn't up to scratch, I had to deal with the hassle of sending in everything again. Even though I tried my best, I didn't hear anything back for a while, even after sending loads of emails and making phone calls. Dealing with the insurance company to make my claim was really frustrating, which just made the whole situation even more stressful. My advice would be to check out reviews from other customers who've made claims before you decide on an insurance provider.
