I recently used car hire excess insurance from this company and it was a real life-saver. I had a little problem with a small car hire company charging me way too much for some wear and tear damage. I'm really angry with the service I got from this company. I made it clear that I didn't want European insurance as I was in New Zealand, but they still charged me. It was a nightmare getting my money back, with lots of emails and phone calls. The only good thing is they did eventually refund me. But it was so stressful and unnecessary.

Don't waste your time with this company, it's absolutely rubbish. They're just using a fancy name to try and fool you into purchasing their awful insurance. Save your money and look elsewhere. They should be ashamed of how poorly they operate.

I've been waiting for some progress on my purchase since January 31st. I've contacted customer service twice this week and they promised to call me back by the end of the day, but I'm still waiting for any updates. The lack of communication and follow-through from the customer service team has really annoyed and let me down. I thought a company like this would be more efficient and professional.

I'm absolutely gutted that I got tricked into this dodgy policy. I booked a holiday, and then my return flight time got changed at the last minute. And wouldn't you know it, the insurance I bought didn't cover that situation, only delays. What a waste of money, time, and trust.

We tried to claim on the insurance 4 months ago but they haven't been in touch at all. I've sent them numerous emails and spent hours on hold listening to dreadful music when I called, but we still haven't received any assistance. I would recommend avoiding this company and finding better insurance instead.
Cancelled cruise claim
I was really let down by this company recently. My cruise got cancelled because of missiles in the Red Sea, so I wanted to claim back the money I spent on my flight to Rome to catch the cruise. But they said no because of some sneaky small print that I didn't even know about. Not only was it annoying to be turned down, but I also wasted hours trying to figure out their complicated paperwork, waiting forever on hold, and struggling to understand what their customer service reps were even saying.
