Moody salesman, time waister
I had a chat with this guy on the phone and he was in a right mood. The connection was dodgy and he kept firing questions at me that I wasn't too sure about. Every time I asked him to repeat himself, he seemed to get even more cross. He reckoned I got one of his questions wrong but I swear I didn't even catch it properly. And then he goes on to say our quote was way too pricey compared to other companies. What a total waste of my time!

I was really let down by the way this company treated me. I bought a policy online and needed to check a few things, so I rang up the customer service team. Instead of assisting me, they went ahead and cancelled my policy, pocketing more than a third of the money I'd paid. It was totally unfair and not okay at all, and it left me feeling annoyed and let down. I'd definitely recommend everyone to steer clear of their website and stay well away from this company.

I thought I'd give this website a go to check out some bike insurance quotes as a different option. What a disaster! As soon as I did, my inbox got flooded with emails. When I tried to unsubscribe, I was made to input my phone number just to opt-out. I had to use a fake number to unsubscribe and then had to untick all the boxes of what I didn't want. What a pain! Good websites just let you click 'unsubscribe' in the email and that's it, no unnecessary hurdles to tackle. Stay away from this one at all costs!

My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare.
