Dark trouser suit with waistcoat
I was absolutely chuffed to bits to have stumbled upon the ideal outfit for my daughter's Christmas present in this shop. I'd been on a right old mission, scouring the internet and hitting up all the shops on the high street, but nothing quite hit the spot like what I found here. The dark-coloured trouser suit with a waistcoat was spot on for what she had in mind, and I couldn't be more pleased with how well everything fit and the top-notch quality. The delivery was quick as a flash, the packaging was solid, and the items themselves looked and felt amazing. I'll definitely be coming back for more, no doubt about it.
Expensive, luxurious, snags, loose thread, stitching issue
I was super pleased with the items I got from this store, they were really beautiful and had a real fancy feel to them. I felt like a million dollars when I tried them on! But then my mood quickly changed when I noticed a couple of flaws. One of the items had a loose thread hanging off it, and the other had a problem with the stitching under the shirt collar. It was really disappointing to see these issues in what I thought was a really top-notch product. I thought about returning them, but I had a holiday coming up and needed them urgently. If this happens again in my next orders, I won't hesitate to send them back.
Faulty top returned
I recently bought a top from this company and it turned out to be faulty when I got it. When I sent it back, I had to pay £3.50 for postage. I was a bit annoyed because I only got some of my money back as the company kept the VAT. It was frustrating and now I won't be shopping with them again.
Returning an item for a refund
I returned something to get my money back and was told it'd be sorted in 10 days. It's been longer than that and still no refund. Emailed them and they said it might take another week. Not cool because I need that money. Checked with my bank, no sign of refund. If I don't get it by Monday, will have to talk to my bank about a chargeback for maybe a dodgy transaction.

This goes against consumer rights as the law states that return days should start from when the customer receives the items. This could cause issues if items are delivered late or go missing in transit, giving customers less time to return them. This unfair policy has left me frustrated, and I won't be buying from this company again. I think the company should follow legal standards and update their returns policy to be in line with consumer protection laws.

I bought 2 tops and 2 skirts from your store on 22 April. It's been over a week now, and I haven't heard anything about my delivery. Even after sending several emails, all I got back was a standard reply from Katie in customer service. It's really disappointing not knowing what's happening with my order. I was hoping to wear these things on a trip this weekend, but it doesn't look like that will happen. As a customer, I expect better service and quick responses. Please could someone give me a clear delivery date or organise a refund if the items aren't available.
