Bespoke frames purchase
I recently bought some bespoke frames from this company because the ones I originally ordered turned out to be the wrong size. The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. I managed to exchange the frames easily, and the new ones are top quality, professionally strung, and ready to hang. On top of that, when the mounts didn't quite fit the photos I was framing, the company quickly sent me replacements with the correct measurements. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sam from customer services, who was excellent at sorting out any issues and really helpful throughout the whole process. The frames and mounts were packaged securely and beautifully, making sure nothing got damaged during delivery. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
