Quality clothing, consistent fit
Albaray never lets me down with their great quality clothes and always getting the right fit. I recently got a few bits, like brown trousers and a waistcoat, a long camel coat, and a short camel jacket. They all looked amazing and I got loads of compliments. Whether I'm dressing up or going more casual, Albaray has something for every occasion with their classic pieces. Their evening wear is spot on too, those off-shoulder tops and dresses are just gorgeous. The jumpers are top-notch, so cozy yet stylish, like a warm hug. Being 5"7, I'm pleased that their trousers and dresses fit me just right. The delivery was quick, and the team were really helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Albaray to anyone after high-quality clothing.
Replacement order for missing item
I had a bit of a problem with an order that got lost in the post recently. I got in touch with customer service to try and sort it out. I have to admit, the service I got was really top-notch. The person I spoke to was really helpful, understanding, and sorted everything out straight away. In just a few days, I got a replacement order for the missing item. The customer service was really efficient and effective, and they really cared about helping me out. I was super happy with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else.
Recent online purchases
I've recently bought a few things online from this company. Sadly, the first package I ordered got lost in the post during Christmas time. But, the customer service team was really quick to sort it out by giving me a refund and a discount code for my next order. I was really impressed by how fast they handled the issue and tried to make things right. My second order, which I placed after the busy Christmas period, arrived quickly and the items were really good quality. I would definitely recommend this company because of the great service I experienced.
100% linen dress
The linen dress I bought was even better than I expected. The picture online was nice, but in real life, the quality and fit were amazing. As a size 16 and only 5ft 3in, it can be hard to find dresses that fit nicely, but this one was just right. Plus, it being 100% linen with pockets is a great extra. I can't wait to wear it on my trip to France in July, it's going to be so comfy and look great. I can see it becoming a favourite in my wardrobe.
Recent dress purchase
I bought a dress from your store not long ago, and I have to say, it was even better than I expected. The material is really soft and comfy, and it fits me perfectly. I got lots of compliments when I wore it to a party last weekend. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more stuff from your store in the future.
Return process issue
I am really disappointed with the whole return process. I sent back my item and was informed that it would take 5 working days for them to receive it, followed by an extra 2-3 days for processing. However, my parcel got to them on 4th August, and since then, I haven't heard a word from them. The customer service emails are not very helpful, they seem to be either generic or unable to give any useful information, just the usual 'we will check with the warehouse' response. And as a final blow, the contact email on their website leads to a blank page. This will definitely be the first and last time I shop with this company.
Dress
My recent shopping experience with this online store was really good. It was my first time buying from them, and I thought the website was easy to use and find my way around. Ordering was simple, and my dress arrived quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dress, it was even better than I had hoped for. Overpriced blazer
I thought I was getting a great deal on this blazer in the sale, but I was totally wrong. It looked cheap and nothing like the pictures online, and it arrived all creased up. I spent ages trying to fix it, but it was a waste of time. Dealing with their returns process was a real hassle and not worth the trouble.

Refund delay
I'm really let down by the service I've received from this company. I sent back something and it's been 20 days of waiting for my refund, even though they say it should only take 3 days. Customer Service has not been helpful or quick in fixing the problem, they always throw the blame on the warehouse. So now I've had to start a chargeback with my credit card company. I won't be buying from this company again because they're just not good at what they do.
Refund delay
Don't they know how long I've been waiting for my refund confirmation? I mean, seriously, they need to sort themselves out and speed up the process like every other shop does. I've already sent two messages about my return, and all I'm getting back are sorry excuses about waiting for warehouse responses. It's beyond annoying, especially when you consider their clothing is supposed to be top-notch.
Return issues
I had a bit of a nightmare trying to return something I bought. No refund yet, and customer service isn't getting back to me. Feeling really fed up and let down, thought they'd be better at looking after their customers.
